Honestly Historical C Dramas are S-tier. You are doing yourself a disservice not watching any. I usually watch…
Yup...shows the true originality and creativity of chinese entertainment industry from set designs, folk music to costumes and acting. Nothing compares to xianxia especially.
I am at episode 8 and i don't like the best friend and brother "relationship". Its giving grooming especially…
The thing is, these days, its a trend in asian dramas to TREAT MEN LIKE DOORMATS. You will see this in some of highly rated dramas as well. You feel soo bad for them. They are mistreated.
Dream pairing ❣️❣️ Dear writer, keep the pacing right for the love of God. I always prefer Chinese Xianxia over korean fantasy but this pairing is such an exception for me. Goblin is also one of my all time favs. I hope the writer pleasantly surprises me
I mean, had it not been the tremendous international media pressure, the korean media outlets weren't even reporting it because of the fear of defamation laws. Such is the sad state of affairs.
I am sorry but I am not gonna do MORAL POLICING on 2teens exploring their s**uality consensually . The age of consent is 16-18 in America. IDK what logic you are applying here but no, a 19 year old cannot date a 14 year old. What you are saying falls in the category of &e× ed and not crime
Organizations like the Women's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) in the United States, which had many feminist members actually lobbied for the legislative changes. By the 1970s, feminist rape law reform campaigns had helped to expand age of consent laws. They also pushed for some other very important changes like the different degrees of SA that you see now. Before that, it was all clubbed into 1 thing and the judgments were terrible.
This is peak misinformation. What you are saying is not only considered illegal in most American states but its taken so seriously in many states that it falls in the category of statutory r*** . Who told you that it was allowed? I hope you aren't a minor and someone has deliberately misinformed you. As for other western countries lim England, they have pretty much paved the way for protection of minors legally
I am definitely disgusted by the fact that he completely abandoned her during her tough time and pretended to not date her but I am not going to say that he should be in jail for dating a minor because legally, it doesn't make sense. What makes sense to me is the boycott of his work because what he did might not have been legally wrong but in his heart, he knew that it was morally wrong. In fact, I will fully blame the Korean legislators for LIVING IN 1800. They made dating a 13 year old minor legal?? When something is legal, it simply means that the citizens are ALLOWED TO DO IT AND THE STATE DOESN'T CONSIDER IT SERIOUS ENOUGH TO INTEREFERE. Its actually a part of education. I am shocked that the millenials of that country have grown up with the kind of education that normalises dating a minor. No wonder the "money issue" is a bigger scandal in korea. That entire nation has been SYSTEMATICALLY WRONGLY EDUCATED.
this was kinda me at first. i tried so hard to watch this drama, but genuinely couldn't 😭 still trying to watch…
Yuup! I actually saw her in reality shows first. I was so taken aback by that voice...but then I got used to it. I realised that she was one of those few actresses who did the dubbing herself. It requires exceptional command on inunciation. After that, it was quite easy to watch her dramas
It's not a happy ending but for Orchid (Esther Yu) and Dongfang Qing Cang 0(Dylan Wang) but Orchid does end up…
The whole point of the drama was to make viewers understand that the main couple were willing to fight their destiny to be with each other and they did that many times. No she didn't do what you said...Nrither in the novel nor in the drama but that's how you choose to interpret it and you seem quite adamant about it so I should just let you believe what you want to believe
I would love to watch more of him
