Which Lovey-Dovey part 😭😭. We were robbed so bad, Eunsung took most of the leads screentime.
The main plot scene was cut short and main focus became ML and FML scenes, the plot progress were just shown in a few small scenes. Yeah it was not "lovely-dovely" level but they focues on ML and FML while main plot was moving in the background and we get "bam" we did that scene so much!
I first saw her in the "Because This Is My First Life" and she was amazing in that series, I just felt the story didn't do justice to her character but she was scene stealer for sure.
It is a good drama and a good funny, heartwarming watch. But it was bit draggy and the earlier episodes was all over the place in terms of plot. It fail to display tension properly except the hate of MC to FMC even small details they show did not connect later on till like super late episodes. There was so many missing details in this. They just went for lovely dovely part and forgot everything.
I really felt sad for the villain in this one. I felt his storyline was too weak, well child abandon and such was harsh but how he was potrayed later on felt way too rush. This should have ended in 12 episodes.
The sub plot of the FMC's brother "Hong Soo Cheol", his character development was more fun than the main plot for me 😅All the side characters stories were fun too, just the main plot was kinda lacking and felt way too all over the place even after dragging for so long.
One of the best kdrama for me Namkoong Min does not disappoint. He was awesome in this! I am glad and let down at same time as they ditch the romance plot altogether.
When it came out I was so hoping for next season but yeah it is rare to have season 2 in kdrama :)
When i started watching K-drama back in 2014 I watched everything that seems interesting and this was still ongoing. I enjoyed it! It has its flaw (annoying and glaring at your face 😆) But is a entertaining and easy to watch drama for sure 😅. Some of the fews one that I re-watched after a long time
After first few episodes and total disregard of maie lead and only "love" for the alter ego character it was all FF for me. This drama was super dragging and annoying for sure. I just didn't want to drop a drama after I am into it like 4-5 episodes 😅.
I continued this due to the second lead story. Otherwise, it was such a drag! Well, this drama introduced "Choi Soo Young" as an actress for me. She was brilliant!
It was amazing until climax. The way the climax and its affect was handled in this drama felt little lacking and like other said it was totally heh moment. Otherwise a fun drama, I geniunly enjoyed the story of each character. It was never not fun in all episode (till climax 😆). It might be because it was that fun I hated the main plot 😉I rated it solid 8
It was such a pain to watch this. The main leads plot was uh! The romance between main leads were none existence and feels so forced or what not. I was so much rooting for second lead romance after few episodes but sadly it is K-drama.
It is not like the fault of actor and actress, they were super good but the bad writing.
Lee Ju Yeon was such a compeling actress in this one, she had a "soft" type character but was awesomly potrayed by her, that you just fall into her character.
If there was no "Kang Chae Ri" and "Han Ji Yun" to make it interesting and "John Jang"'s interesting arc, this was totally unberable.
Jo Soo Hyang's potryal of "Kang Chae Ri" was awesome. She was like a firecracker in the story and I loved it! Her sad past and her behaviour due it and how FMC supports her around the end was a little wholesome.
Overall, story wise not worth it but I watched just for the sub-plot.
I didn't like the main plot but the second leads romance was super fun. Little side story which plays out when FMC tranforms was super good too. I became fan of Lee Da Hee from this drama 😄
