really really loved this one. definitely a 2025 highlight for me. finally a series which doesn't get boring in the second half. I just wished to see more of their individual backstory, like jaemin and daon & soo hyun and daon
I get growing up and learning to be responsible in 1000 stars, but ..are we now having a plot where the MC needs…
I'm on the same page as you. It didn't make any sense for the family to be this much against his dreams, especially considering he was indeed portrayed as being good in all this artsy stuff. isn't it every parents dream to have a child being a talented student at a prestigious university? Furthermore I really really disliked the over the top acting of many of the adults. Like no need to look at your son grumpy for a minute straight to let the viewers know that you're mad at him FOR DOING LITERALLY NOTHING THAN WANTING TO PURSUE HIS DREAM. At least the scenery has pretty aspects, but other than that I'm not sold
Rated the series a 10/10! I loved watching the main character find meaning in relationships, endure emotional pain, wrestle with life's uncertainties, and grow through his experiences at the same time. Definitely one of the most realistic dramas I have ever watched. Sadly, with this kind of realistic drama comes a wave of melancholy/depression, as we all probably know from real life as well. Therefore, although it's a 10/10 for me, I probably won't ever rewatch this series. I can't endure the pain I felt a second time.
I just started it. I was expecting it to be bad thanks to the cooments, but I didn't realise just how bad. Honestly,…
same for me! I was there since day 1 and watched as the series got more confusing week after week. Sad though... I really wished tutoryim would've gotten a series with a good plot this time! At least it's better than Middleman's love

Exactly! It seems like people know it’s trash, but they keep watching anyway. I can’t really argue with that, though—it still gets the job done as mindless entertainment, even if it’s far from quality.
are there really people, who think this series is good? I kinda have the feeling that everyone gave up on it trying to be high-quality and just accepted that it is pure shit. Is it an easy and sometimes fun watch? probably... but in what world does this series deserve a 7.5 rating? (and this comes from someone who actually adores yim)
