Stella spent almost the entire drama wanting a granddaughter, only for her to turn out to be the "murderer" of the real one. The writers are such sadists.

yeah, she doesn’t necessarily have to kill Seri or do anything to her. For me, she’s already redeemed, but the fact that Lucia treats her as if nothing ever happened is so strange.

I think the same, maybe the final battle won’t be between Gyeongchae and Lucia, but between the two of them and Stella. I don’t think Gyeongchae would turn against Seri if she finds out she’s not her biological daughter, but Stella would — maybe she’ll end up being the villain everyone thought she would be at the beginning.

about GL, I stopped at episode 16 or 17. I haven’t been watching many dramas lately, that’s why I haven’t been active in the comments.

I know you don’t like Lucia. I’m kind of 50/50 — sometimes I like her, sometimes she gets on my nerves. Anyway, I don’t want things to end badly for her, although seeing how attached she’s become to Seri, I can imagine it’ll turn into something meh like, “It doesn’t matter that my daughter killed herself because of you, what matters is forgiveness,” or “We have to be compassionate,” and blah blah blah.

Because she has to live knowing that her biological daughter killed her "daughter". I don’t think the fact that she found out Miso wasn’t biologically hers makes the pain any less, she was still her daughter.

The casting in this drama is a disaster, but I do see some resemblance between Seri, Gyeong Chae, and Hose. Although I also think Miso could easily be Gyeong Chae’s daughter — she actually does look a bit like her.

Seri doesn’t really look like the lawyer or Lucia, although lately, I don’t know if it’s makeup or just suggestion, but I can see a tiny bit of resemblance with Lucia. As for the lawyer, I don’t see any similarity at all . In the scene where Miso is with the lawyer in the hospital, they actually look quite alike, you really believe they’re related.

You're right, I saw some clips on yt from today's episode and it looks like Stella really does think Seri is her granddaughter. The dynamic between those 2 is funny — it's a shame she’s probably not her real granddaughter.

I thought the same thing, I don’t understand why the lawyer gave Stella the real DNA test. I thought he was going to give her a fake one that confirmed Stella and Seri were related by blood. Maybe the subtitles are really wrong, because Stella looks shocked, like she really just found out that Seri is her granddaughter.

I also thought it could be the orphan girl they wanted to put in jail instead of Seri at the beginning, but I doubt it too — they would’ve dropped some hint by now. Most likely, it’s Miso and that’s it.

When the truth comes out, Gyeong Chae and Stella are going to take turns deciding who jumps off the building first.

Maybe Gyeong Chae daughter was stillborn, or maybe she simply wasn’t Miso but someone else (although it’s more likely that she was, since that would create more conflict).

I still haven’t watched this week’s episodes, but I saw some clips on Yt. Lucia’s gonna have to either up the dose of the magic tea she give the chairman, or just push him down the stairs — quicker that way.

I just hope Miso isn't Gyeongchae's daughter, because that ending would be really cruel. Though I guess it’d be karma for what she did.

well, it's clear that Seri's Lucia's daughter now, I'd be surprised if she weren't. You were right when you said she was 99% likely to be, after Lucia said she was allergic too.

No idea - maybe the lawyer finds out that Seri has no blood relation to Gyeongchae and goes to investigate at the hospital. I imagine it's going to be the same hospital where Miso was.

Maybe Lucia could even be the one to find out first. The lawyer might do the test, and when he sees the result is negative, he tells Lucia that she was wrong about Gyeongchae.

Yeah, although I suspect that at first the plan was for Seri to be Stella’s granddaughter, but then they changed the script. That’s why now Seri is left-handed like the lawyer, when throughout all the drama she used her right hand.
