10/10 LOVE THIS!
I am not one for the rom/com at all, but this looked interesting and had to give it a go. I was hooked after the 1st episode. This show make me happy and laugh. Again, I'm the last one who would want to watch a rom/com but this is the best. The story lines and the actors are perfect. The length of the episodes is also a plus. I really hope that it is picked up for more seasons. We have to see how the succulents and Ryo continued on. "Love is not an energy drink!" I can't thank the creator of this show Keisuke Makino enough for making we want to believe in a rom/com show again! Please please more and more episodes!

10/10 Absolutely loved it
"The Paradise of Thorns" is a powerful depiction of Thai society's deep-seated issues, with a particular focus on marriage inequality. The film excels in its storytelling, blending intense drama with cultural commentary. The acting is superb, bringing the characters' struggles and emotions to life in a way that feels both genuine and compelling. Coupled with some of the best cinematography in recent Thai cinema, the film creates a visually stunning yet thought-provoking experience. It's an exceptional piece of filmmaking that resonates on multiple levels, making it the best Thai film for me. Lastly the ost is addictive, i can't stop listening to it.

10/10 A Truly Wonderful Movie
It was Christmas Eve and I wanted to watch this movie and Cherry Magic. I put on the fire, made dinner and settled down to watch this film. I had to pause three times just to absorb just how raw and empathic this movie was to watch.
By the end, I was done. I couldn't manage to watch anything else. The narrative, the character development, the dialogue between the boy and the pastor, the realism and the cast are exceptional.
It's a movie that will communicate to many, that their experience and struggle through life, just to live in society, is understood and they're not alone. It reaches the soul.

8/10 Be Near You
This Korean BL mini series is an anthology of four short stories with the same theme but four different plots. The first one is about a promising future, the second one is about the definite future, the third one is a tragedy, and the last one is about the passionate one. I have no idea why the general rating of this mini series is so under-rated. In my opinion, this one is superb. Especially the second and fourth story. The fujoshis are squealing with delight after watching them.

10/10 Review - "Business As Usual"
"Business As Usual" is not just another BL drama. It is a meditation on wounds, trust, and the process of healing oneself-slowly, honestly, and very humanly.
For me personally, this drama felt like reopening an old wound that had not yet healed. Min Joon-with his deep trust issues, the way he withdraws, closes doors, and keeps everything to himself-is so close to what I feel in real life. His fear of attachment, his worry about repeating trauma, and his desire to be trusted but not knowing how... it's all heartbreaking.
In contrast, Ji Hwan comes across as someone who not only loves, but also understands and respects wounds. He's not perfect, but he's there. He doesn't force, but he persists. He loves Min Joon not because he wants to "fix" him, but because he sees value in the healing process itself. Their relationship develops slowly-not instantly, not explosively, but quietly and real, and that's why it's so touching.
Their chemistry is incredibly natural. There's depth in every look, silences that speak louder than words, and acting that feels so honest. The drama avoids overused tropes and chooses to tell the story of two fragile people-and that's its greatest strength.
As someone who still struggles with fear, guilt, and old trauma, Business As Usual gives me hope: that safe love exists. That healing is possible, even when it's slow. And that we deserve to be loved, even when we're not perfect.
My personal score: 10/10 Not because it's a perfect drama, but because it's honest. And sometimes, honesty is the most healing form of love.

On Sashes and Hearts Jun 9, 2026
Sashes and Hearts' concept is honestly unique. A BL series centered around male pageantry? That's super fresh. I haven't seen anything quite like it, especially from Thailand, where pageantry in BL isn't really explored. Props to the creators for trying something different!
That said, one thing that threw me off a bit is the huge cast.
There are just so many characters, it gets a little overwhelming trying to keep up with everyone's story. It makes the show feel a bit crowded and chaotic at times.
In addition, it has so many uninteresting plots, like they just threw in to fill a space and make the series lengthy. And also too many nonsensical dialogues.
Now let's talk couples... The main leads, Mac and Larence have a good chemistry. Mac Alonzo's acting is good, it feels natural, while Larence Brenches little needs improvement.
The second couple doesn't really click for me. The chemistry just isn't there. Oddly enough, I found more spark between Jack and his best friend, Tony. I was honestly hoping they'd end up together instead!
Most of the actors here haven't starred in major movies or
TV series, and I hadn't even heard of them before watching this. But I have to give special props to Gian Carl, who plays Tony-his performance felt incredibly natural, with zero awkwardness.
Also, major kudos to Oxin Films. I've always noticed that a lot of Filipino BLs tend to struggle with budget limitations, but this one feels like they really put in the effort. You can tell they invested in the visuals, production, and overall quality.
Sashes and Hearts is a fresh take with potential, even if it's not perfect.

10/10 The truly good things sometimes lie in simplicity.
This is a very nice, cute series.
Although there is a bit of a crime story in the film, it still reminds me of the "age of innocence" with its simple story and lovable characters.
Therefore, I am glad that this is not a deeply thought-provoking film that stirs up human feelings, but a series that provides perfect relaxation for people living in an increasingly complicated world and struggling with many difficulties.
Thanks to the director, the crew and the excellent actors for this great series!
1 am increasingly experiencing that very high-quality films and film series are being made in Taiwan in the fields of dramas and lighter genres.

10/10 Unexpectedly nice doctor
Overall, I liked the lakorn. It's rare when all three couples are perfectly suited for each other and have incredible chemistry. At the same time, all three couples are completely different. I was delighted with Arm's new face; he's simply so pleasant to look at and has such a sweet, calm character, yet so relaxed in intimate moments. I hope to see him in other roles. The second couple was incredibly hot-the looks, the kisses, and everything else-it was absolutely delicious. I watched nonstop to the end, which is rare for me; I usually skip straight to the end after episode 5.
There are some downsides, too (cliches and typical lakorn nonsense, like two wives, etc.). For example, in the episode where Per gets shot, everyone spent an hour trying to figure out why and who did it, while the poor guy sat there bleeding. It was a weird scene. Also, the intimate scenes were a bit implausible; for the first time, it was like clockwork for the guys. But it's beautifully filmed. Overall, BL lakorns occupy a worthy place in their genre! I think the rating is unjustifiably low. In response to the previous review, "Doctor is boring," it's not! Make sure you know the genres before writing about non-canonical relations - this is BL!

* 10/10 A GEM!
This show was such a masterclass in acting performance specifically from the actors playing Jae Min and Kim Su Hyeon. The finale episode and performance from the actor playing Jae Min is easily top 5 best acting performances ever for me by an actor in a BL. The plot was so fresh and engaging and it feels like u were constantly taken on a ride with this show... Blueming (2022) The Eight Sense (2023)
Love for Love's Sake (2024) say hello to your KBL masterpiece brother Secret Relationships (2025) . I really am amazing by how well all these actors performed and! really hope we see more of them in the future.

10/10 Steamy
In one word. Steamy. Actually it's difficult to vote this series.
I do understand the low rankings, but also high rankings.
Watch and decide for yourself.
It feels like the storyline is only a sidepart, the focus is on the steamy scences. So if you're looking for steamy, you won't be disappointed. ;)
Like others pointed out - sadly we see no real character development. They left some potential on the road.

10/10 Well written story and good casting of actor!!!
I love the main character's chemistry and how they display the emotions of their acting. It feels real just like in real life!
All actors are great!
My only disappointment is that its too short
8 episodes.
I love the story line kudos to the writer and of course to the production team. This is a well written story.

10/10 CHECKS ALL BOXES
Good film plot Act Execution Not entirely NC but has good
NC All the boxes are checked.
This is the first time since Not Me and KinnPorsche that my Action neuron is generally satisfied.
I love how the suspense is building up and the fact that the actors are acting impeccably and very passionately.
It is so real that one might mistake it for a documentary instead of a fiction.
The fact that the series is not sexually-based (they don't need to add sex to an episode to make it interesting) and the fact that when we did see a sex scene, it was so exciting with the scenes often disrupted by the chaos of the outside world, the greed and deceptions of other parties; the purpose of the NC scene was met.
Above all a very great plot, act execution and editing.

10/10 friendship
Gmmtv left the play for the three major. This is a story about six people with the same name and different personalities who become good friends and family. The feelings between them moved me very much. Their friendship in real life can not be separated.

8/10 False Advertisement
This isn't a BL series. The main theme of this series isn't about BL. Therefore, it's not a BL series. I'm just making it clear for all of BL fans out there. If you're expecting a BL series, don't watch it. Cause you're gonna be disappointed.
Nevertheless, the plot of this series is really good. It's also carried out elegantly and professionally. The acting is pretty good, some of the actors are even really good at it. I'm intrigued with the plot after reading the synopsis. Time travel and alternate realities themed movies are the most interesting one, in my opinion. I hope to see more series about this theme in the future. Fingers crossed!

10/10 Love You Teacher,
So far, every scene feels intentional and meaningful, with storytelling that remains grounded and engaging. It goes beyond simple viewing-it creates a real emotional connection. Viewers can recognize parts of themselves in the characters and their journeys, which makes the experience even more impactful.
The series also approaches mental health in a very thoughtful and respectful way. It shows that healing is not immediate or straightforward, but something that takes time, patience, love, and support. This adds an extra layer of depth, making the story not only relatable but also genuinely meaningful.

10/10 Loving this tv series, hope there will be more seasons
The chemistry between the 2 main characters Kao (New) and Pete (Tay) is really natural and fascinating, probably because they were previously together in Kiss Me Again and they have a close relationship in real life, which makes it great! The plots in the series are interesting; there are funny, sweet, angry and heart-warming moments in the series that make the show enjoyable. It is also relatable to the real world. There are also moments in the show that make it iconic and memorable. There are many BL series right now but there is something that makes Dark Blue Kiss special and stand out.
I hope there will have more seasons of the series so fans can see the growth and sweet lives of Pete and Kao after everything they've been through! Miss them so much already!
P.S. Before starting this series, you may watch "PeteKao 1-3 of Kiss Me Again" from GMMTV official youtube channel first, you will definitely understand and love the characters even more!!

10/10 Superb, Breath of fresh air series
I dont mean to be that person, but this is so much better than the JP version. Don't get me wrong, the JP one gave me tingles, but the Thai one is just top tier. The production, the acting, cinematography is really great. Each episode keeps getting better and better. The second couple, Jinta and Min, are killing it too. TayNew have always been my favourite BL couple and i was worried their onscreen chemistry had already fizzled out, since they hadnt acted together in a long time - so happy they proved me wrong.
This is a must watch and is a breath of fresh air from the trending 18+ BL series.

7/10 The wait is over
I love that the episodes are longer than 30 mins. That's definitely a plus. I recognized the couple from another series I watched recently and Ive always liked their chemistry. The description of this show isn't completely correct, I'm assuming a language barrier on their behalf. I'm giving it a 7 star now as we have JUST started. So far so good.
