I’d hate it if they make Kanit become even more insecure and start doubting himself like developing trust issues. Even in this episode, he told Toto that maybe he’s only into him because it’s still the beginning and what if he gets bored of him later or something… Toto being loyal alone isn’t the solution. He needs to actually reassure Kanit and make him feel secure, otherwise we’re just going back to episode 1 when Kanit started getting suspicious because his boyfriend wasn’t making time for him or he was worried he might be cheating. The preview isn’t looking good but I’ll wait and see what happens in the next episode.

I think it's more of a superiority complex with Lion. He sees himself as more successful, wealthier, and from a better background than Kanit, so he believes Kanit needs him more than he needs Kanit. At the same time, he doesn't want to let Kanit go because someone like Kanit is hard to find. Even if he doesn't truly love him, he still wants Kanit to always be there for him. He expects Kanit to stay by his side no matter what, while never feeling the need to offer the same level of commitment in return. That's how I think he sees the relationship.
