Build Jakapan Puttha has been found innocent in Thai courts officially. Statements including court documents were posted this week publicly for anyone to see. Not only did the court find him innocent it turns out the writer of KinnPorche confessed in court that SHE used fake evidence to frame him. She has been convicted of crimes against Biu and sentenced. Poi the writer abused Build he was her victim. The court records released a few days ago pointed out that Poi confessed that she framed him with false evidence. She wanted to ruin his life so she and another party created false evidence and submitted it to the court and posted it online to frame him. When she was caught, she confessed that it is true he never hurt her she framed him. People have taken to many socmeds and demanded appolgies and Thai media are now also reporting that it is true Poi is convicted of framing him with fake evidence after she confessed, she lied about everything. People who bullied this man helped his now convicted abuser keep abusing him in socmeds all because his abuser is a woman, and he is a man. Shame on everyone who posted hateful things against this man. Also, Biu's sister confirmed Biu is also pressing legal cases against the people who leaked chats that they claimed were his. It has long been believed the chats are fake or heavily altered to make interfans turn against Biu. Fans have long suspected they were faked by Poi or a group of fans of Biu's expartner who have all been caught spreading Pois lies many times. In a post his sister confirmed the chats case is a separate case. Biu has cleared his name of all assault charges and has been proven innocent and now he is taking legal action against the person who posted the chats. Thai speaking fans have said many times the chats dont look real. They have posted the thai and english translations look wrong or diffent and in the Thai version some look manipulated like there are sections added or removed to make it seem like the person in the chats are saying things that dont look true. Some have said in the Thai version which is the one the account posted to translate to interfans it even looks like not only words were added but whole sections look added or removed. If this is true the person behind the chats used photoshop to manipulate what was really said. Biu apologized not for the chats but to his ex coworkers who were dragged into the situation but antis tried to claim he was apologizing for the chats themsleves. This is not true. Biu is a very kind man and people who know him and have met him including many who work with him have come out to defend him including his long term ex gf. The person behind the chats wanted him gone from the Thailand entertainment industry and posted they would keep harrassing him until he retired or sadly took his long walk. The account behind them and the person or persons running it will lose and Biu will win the case against them because he has truth and actual evidence on his side. So Build Jakapan Puttha is an innocent man who was abused by the writer of kinnporche his coworkers were most likely aware he was innocent all along but threw him under the bus so they could stay famous in their home country even after Biu tried to protect his ex partner from the woman who was abusing him going so far as begging his abuser Poi to not hurt Bible a man Biu thought was his friend in a leaked call that was posted in 2023. BOC traded this poor mans life for endorsement deals and the rights to kinnporche. Shame on them all and shame on everyone who bullied him. His abuser has confessed and she is now convicted of her crimes. And people joined a witchunt for this man who was innocent of all charges and was being abused by a woman who held power over his job and the same woman when he tried to escape her abuse admited she conspired to destroy him for escaping. Sadly it is rumored Biu is not her first victim. Thai fans have posted she attempted to victimize an actor on a previous series she worked on but that has not been confirmed as the actor left the country and refused to return to work on the series again. If it is ever confirmed to be true then it will confirm Poi is a serial predator. Stop persecuting this innocent man whose abuser has now officially confessed and has been convicted.
