I don't know if I missed it if this question was answered somewhere in this drama, but I still don't know the answer to this question-

How did Lan Zhan find out that the masked man was Wei Wuxian?

Same with me.
And I really hate it that I interpret it as a sad ending instead of a happy one.

No matter how hard I try to convince my brain that this is a happy ending, it just doesn't get convinced.

Yes Peng xiao ran performed very well in that drama.

And Yang Yang's performance was also phenomenal in movie "Once upon a Time".

I see where that's coming from.

Must be because of their brilliant acting and chemistry in "Goodbye my Princess"

I have same thoughts actually. If the story is not going to be about Jin mi and Xu feng , these two leads would be a very good choice.

Overall it's definitely worth a watch if you have a lot of free time and nothing better to watch.

Gotta admit that I'm seriously annoyed with Xu Xuan's sister. She's even more annoying than Leng Ning. Like for her, whatever wrong happens in this world is because of Bai Yao Yao. It's such a waste of Bai Yao Yao's kindness that she always treated her so well and never complained no matter what.



And I was also super annoyed that the demon emperor basically mistakes everyone else for his savior but not Bai Yao Yao. Like the so-called smart and intelligent character can't even use a little mind that someone with low powers as Xiao Qing can't nourish his spirit.
Even when he finally feels something for Bai Yao Yao he refuses to think that she might be the real one who saved him.
Just when he finally admited that he may just feel grateful towards Xiao Qing and actually has feelings for Bai Yao Yao, he forces himself to hurt Bai Yao Yao. Like he's always ready to hurt Bai Yao Yao in any way without thinking twice.

But he was really likable whenever he showed his love for Bai Yao Yao and gotta admit that his death was really sad.




And I don't think that the Heavenly emperor is anyone great either. No matter what, he did injustice to both his brother and Taotie. And didn't even ever consider Bai Yao Yao and Xu Xuan's love. I think that even Taotie is a much better character than him.



And I don't understand just why the hell everyone always blames Bai Yao Yao for everything. Like it's her fault that she was born a demon.And since she was born a demon, she is responsible for any wrong that happens around her.


After letting out so much frustration and admitting that the plot was repetitive, I still think that this drama is decent. The story is nothing great so I'm not super impressed with this drama but the acting of the cast won my heart. And the brotherhood between male leads and sisterhood between female leads was very heart warming.

Well, pretty sure you'll happily watch to the end if you really start watching.
This drama has the potential to make you not want to drop it once you start watching.

Well, the main leads do end up together so it can be considered happy ending but many characters die so it's also a little sad.

I so so so waited for her memories to return when she was in palace. The male lead is really a jerk, never treats her sincerely , I don't know why he had to pretend to hate her in the first place.

And when he hit her for that Zhao sense, I really wanted xf's memories to return so that she can throw him Outta her life.
