I agree with you wholeheartedly. The first episode lagged on, especially with the hero's tragic backstory. Thankfully, the scenes with Kanghee made up for the lagging. Cha TaeHyun is also hilarious, especially in the hospital scene. Our male lead's intentions were questionable and worrying at first, because he ended up stalking her instagram. A word for the wise, people should really wait a few hours before posting their whereabouts on social media.
I also like how he doesn't pester her, obviously he has a massive crush on her, but she doesn't see him as creepy so yeah...I saw this twitter post about someone saying Seonho reminded her of the guy from YOU (LOL). I thought the instagram stalking was a little bit weird tbh.
But I like how he works hard, and doesn't let anything beat him down. Kanghee and Seonho also have great chemistry, so it's interesting to watch.

Same here, I'm excited to see the development (most likely romantically) between Mone and Suganami. He's older since he's already finished his years in med school, and Mone just graduated from HS. Wonder what her parents will think of that. Mone and a doctor! lol I'm looking forward to her possibly bringing him home to meet her family. (It may not happen, but that's feeling I'm getting from the way the asadora is heading.)

can I just say, I'M LOVING THIS ASADORA.
Kaya's portrayal of Mone is simple yet beautiful, she's not doing too much nor too little. In between, just the way that I prefer it. 32 episodes in, and I just read the synopsis out of curiosity.

So she's going to help Kesennuma in 2019, (SPOILER STARTS HERE) I'm just guessing this but seeing as she's going to get a job a private weather forecaster company in Tokyo, she will obviously move there, and the young doctor (who's been helping her with her studies) trades places weekly with his senpai in Tome, he commutes weekly from Tome to Tokyo. Will he be part of that milestone move and they might begin seeing each other from then on? Or do you guys think they will start their relationship earlier on? I really like their chemistry and interaction, she says the most hilarious things to him.

I was put off at first by the summary when it was announced, but I tried it anyways because of Ai Yoshikawa (I've liked her as an actress since Mei-chan no Shitsuji (she was like six years old then).
Ai and Rihito have pretty good chemistry, I'm kinda craving for ep 2 to come out already.

exactly because for all we know he could be charged with 3-4+ murder crimes, when all we know is that he visited the supposed first murder and messed with the forensic stuff there, also he did try to lead the police department into false clues.
But yeah, he wasn't the one committing of the crimes.
OMG can u believe it in just a few hours the last episode will be available (sorry I watch the raw version, I understand 80% Japanese, especially when I know what genre I'm viewing.) I don't mind waiting for the subbed version, but I got no patience lol.

Issei originally caught my eye in Petero no Souretsu (2014) (he played a really minor character though, but he was so handsome that he caught my eye.
I just visited his drama page, and realized I saw him act for the first time in Kamenashi Kazuya's The One Pound Gospel (2008) its a classic, he played a serious Tsundere lol, and he voice acted the main character in Studio Ghibli's Whisper of a Heart (1995). Although I never see Issei talking as Amasawa Seiji (lol).

As for what you were saying about his portrayal as Haruka-chan, I totally agree with you!
He was able to capture her personality so vividly that I kept forgetting it was Issei lol

I couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately we don't know what Hidaka is thinking. We know he wants to save Mochizuki knowing full well he's got her fully involved in the crime, but is he doing it because he's a person with morale or because he also feels connected to her since he lived in her body.

I know we only have 75mins left lol but I'm hoping Ayako is honest in her motive for saving him. It has to do with her not wanting to take all the blame, he did clean up a crime scene (at least once that we know of) but because like she said to Riku, she feels connected to Hidaka.

I kept replaying the part where just as Hidaka was about to jump ship, Mochizuki grabs him and throws him down, and the part where he says "we don't have to go to hell together." I'm sorry but that's some serious relationship goals.
