I liked how simple this movie was, Shibutani Subaru is so talented and Nikaido Fumi is endearing as always. The music was good too but I wish the movie took more time to flesh out the characters, I still don't really know what Shigeo's backstory was.

Agreed! I was disappointed that they cut Ayumu's behind the scenes segment and his character didn't even get a name. I liked his goth getup best ;_; That's true and it really shows, we miss out on the dorm banter and I think it was Sasa who said during the JO1 segmeny that he goes to sleep alone and stays up all night worrying :(

My heart broke for Shoya :( he's too talented to not make it to the final. He was the 2nd eliminated trainees behind Kouki in the global votes. If only he'd made it. Top 11 this time is wide open and I'm expecting some surprises. I don't want anyone to be Ando'd tho :( I really want Toma and Jin to make it. Who are you rooting for?

EP9 broke my heart :( I was so invested in all 40 of the trainees and seeing them get eliminated was so sad, especially considering how hectic this season has been. The drag segment while entertaining wasn't as well-done as last season imo.

The concept songs this time were overall underwhelming. I liked AIM and Another Day tho yeah, I'm just upset cause all the trainees looked so visibly stressed and tired :(

Love this show so far and Yoshino Kyoko is adorable! This is shaping up to be a real gem of a drama!

Enjoyed this more than I thought i would, Yamada Yuki is really coming into his own as an actor and I hope he gets more diverse roles in the future.

This is so entertaining and the acting is top-notch that they sell the characters so well.
Iura Arata nails Kanigawa's mannerisms so well and Tori as Momochi is such a sweetheart.

This movie deserves a lot more love, it's interesting to see a movie from the perspective of a minority in Japan. Kubozuka Yosuke is a fine man lol.

I guess so but this was more of neglect on his part and then the two cheated on each other. I agree, the first half dragged on a bit but the last half an hour was just weird.

Issei Takahashi and Yu Aoi hard carried this movie, these two have great chemistry and they seem comfortable with each other since they've already done movies together befor. The story was a bit weird and it took his wife dying for Tetsuo to actually start caring for her.

I miss his fangs lol, I find it endearing when Japanese celebrities have average teeth. It's weird watching kdrama actors/actresses have perfect teeth and skin.

This was so much fun, maybe not the best idea to watch it in the middle of a pandemic of course XD
