lee na mi ur average office worker lost her phone and it turned up at a repair shop. from there on she starts getting stalked which leads to a murder mystery including 8 other victims (nami being the 9th one) being solved.
now the thriller aspect was good. the progression of the whole movie was good too and the revelation in the end was the cherry on top. however tho i wouldve loved to know more about the killer. imo this movie couldve been woven into a short series. it wasnt rushedor cramped but the ending couldve been better.
all in all a good watch

when i look for thai lakorns to watch my forever sunshine has always been a drama topping the charts at all times and i really wanted to watch it for a long time im so glad i finally did it yeehaw.
the drama starts off as shit. im being very honest here. like ud want to drop it several times until ep (i did) but u gotta stick around cuz the gears do reverse.
so paeng lost her parents and has to live with her father's friend's family. here she falls in love with their son and becomes almost obsessive until she takes wrong decisions for which arthit (the son) hates her to the bones and thus she moves away for six years cuz she is too guilty. now six years later paeng in back cuz her father's friend wants her to work in his farm and also reconcile with his family. thus starts how this time arthit falls for paeng and paeng finds out the truth behind her parent's death
when i started the drama at one point i thought this would focus on paeng getting revenge or smth but nah it was like just one ep. paeng was always a problem child and i defended her for the longest time despite whatever she did cuz she had no parents but bro i have my limits too. the best decision she ever made was move away from the farm for six years. im proud of her for changing too. she knew where she went wrong and endured with all the bullying arthit did to her in the end and imo they got even. some people might say arthit went a bit far at times but imo they both did horendous things to each other so its even.
arthit is the sweetest boy. unlike his character in the previous drama (tien in my husband in law) he was very mature this time and even tho he hated paeng he always worried about her eventually falling in love first. however their love came off as kinda weird to me. idk if it was lack of chemistry or just i couldnt take the transition but it was definitely weird.
if i had to compare this with my husband in law id say forever sunshine has a rough start and then takes u on a ride, whereas husband in law on the other hand, they have amazing chemistry and it progresses at a steady rate. paeng had an obssesive stage but arthit while meoi was truly in love with thien and very much more mature than paeng.

so du xunyu and jiang ling meet at a train and through this and that they become acquaintances. now xunyu's father takes a liking to jiang ying and marries her. now xunyu and jiqang ying both have their fair share of secrets which start unveiling one by one.
the plot was a good one for revenge drama. even the budget was high. however this being a short drama, the moment i was getting into it ended. imo it couldve been longer and we coulve gotten more information on both the main characters. i understood jiang ying's past and her reason for revenge but im really confused about xunyu's past. this was quite rushed and as much as i was excited to watch this (i waited a whole week to watch it in one sitting lmao) this was very mediocre

so my husband in law is about meoi and tien who are lowkey childhood friends and a life threatening situation has brought them together to be a married couple. throughout the drama we see them growing as people and starting to love themselves and the people surrounding them.
meoi was such a loveable character i can tattoo her smile on my forehead it was so magical ugh. she sacrificed a lot for tien (given she had a crush on him) and even if she comes off as stupid at first she js quite witty and intelligent. i love her sm. i love how she was portrayed as such a perfect character from the beginning but as the story went on we realised even perfect characters need improvement. meoi went from caring only about tien to caring about herself and love herself more
tien on the other hand was a bratty player who got himself into a life threatening situation and refused to quit acting like a child until he got abandoned lmao. tien had great character development. he went from caring only about himself to everyone around her and especially meoi who sacrificed half of her life for him. match made in heaven fr
the friends are absolute baes ugh i love all of them.
this drama was perfect and other than the second hand embarassments and aome cringe scenes i loved it sm. thai lakorn >>

bok soon is an assassin. she is known and feared in the industry for being the best of the best. she has a daughter too and it looks like she isnt on as good terms with her daughter as she is with her work. the movie showcases how bok soon's contract with her current company would be expired so she is thinking on whether or not to renew it while on the other hand trying to handle her rebellious teen daughter.
the acting was amazing and the plot was decent too. but was ot awesome? not much. it just shows bok soon and her daughter starting to bond and their vision of the future becoming clear for each other.
i enjoyed the action scenes sm i have almost all of them recorded lmao. however some deaths were really uncalled for like i get it u killed them for the plot to thicken but was it really necessary but then again this IS an assassin movie so who am i to speak.
all in all good for a quick watch but dont have high expectations other than the action scenes

ok so i really went in thinking this was something when it was entirely smth else lmao but i didnt expect to enjoy it sm?? the main character so rang is a swindler who is conning people through marital fortune readings when marriage is forbidden. so ofc she gets caught and is brought to the royal prison when through twists and turns she meets the king and the king takes a fancy to her. thus starts the journey of the king who is being conned by so rang into believing she could channel his dead wife's soul into her. over time we uncover a lot of more mysteries and this dead soul bringing thing is absolutely not the main focus of the whole drama. we see who the fmc is fr and hoe everything about her is made public.
honestly i loved the drama mainly cuz the leads were funny af. not to mention the mytery tension was so good every episode i would be like they are so close to the truth this will end in the next ep but wahla another one went by without me realising.
the first half is a bit slow but imo the second half makes up for it. this was an awesome watch unexpectedly

dongeun is a normal high-school student who dreams of becoming an architect but gets bound up with some bullies who bully the soul out of her. literally. its gruesome so trigger warning for that. she decides she is gonna end her life but in the end she realises those bullies are not worth her throwing away her whole life so she starts plotting revenge and lives for it. after 18 years the bullies have their respective happy lives and no guilt or remorse whatsoever for whatever they've done in their teen years and here we have dongeun who's starting her fight against her bullies
the bullying is gruesome and i have trust issues from watching thriller dramas previously so ofc i dont believe all the people like i wont be surprised if someone betrays dongeun at the last moment or smth
dongeun has started her revenge plotting and its just gonna o down from here on so im excited for that. also lee do hyun >>
now why the 8. stars? its overhyped. its not overrated but overhyped. like if ur not on social media or watching it on air thats the only way ull be truly able to enjoy the whole thing. for me ive seen so many edits ik what happened ik what the summary is i basically knew almost everythin in s1 which led to me not enjoying it as much as i thought i would. i dont think ik how this will end tho so lets look forward to it

so the story follows shen manning who is like the photocopy of zhuang xinyang. xinyang is an heiress and is chased by people cuz they wanna kill her. but xinyang and manning look so much alike they mistake them and manning gets pulled into the crossfire where xinyang dies and manning survives. through twists and turns of rfate manning finds herself in the zhuang mansion where xincheng claims to be her fiancee and they both try to survive in there while trying to capture the family business and find out buried truths
i liked how xincheng's identity was so secretive from the very starts. i was so curious i even googled it. it did ick me a bit that his sister and girlfriend look exactly same but we're gonna ignore that
every character played their character so well i have literally no words. i never expected such good acting. fan zhi xin?? his acting?? mind oggling im on the floor. his expressions were so good. i could see it deep down in his soul (ok maybe im exaggerating but it was just THAT good)
i loved the second leads. tang lin really messed up my mind i wanted to punch her so bad but she repented and i was happy to see her recovered in the end.
all in all this is a really good drama with an amazing revenge plot and angst and sexual tension. i loved it so so much now im gonna need 2 business days to recover

this one has 3 different stories piled up into one drama. i loved every one of them. i read some reviews and some poeple were focusing more on the romance aspect like girl not all the stories were about romanceso the first story was about a guy who is addicted to masturbating. now he starts liking a girl in his class and tries to change for her and he actually does. the first two episodes show how he went from masturbating everyday to being totally out of it and literally feeling better and being able to be focused in his surroundings and enjoy life
the second story is about a girl who just broke up with a guy a month ago and now she finds out her besti had started dating him secretly for 20 days now. she was over him but she was angry cuz he moved on from her so fast and that so onto her besti. so she ends up fake dating her guy besti and they end up together in the end. i dont know about yall but for me the unspoken rule of not dating ur friend's ex is legit. like it ruins the friendship and u feel guilty. its just my opinion but yeah. also fake dating always and i mean ALWAYS ends in real dating. the second story as very sweet and the leads were very attractive and had great chemistry. i literally watched the whole drama cuz of them
the third story is about a girl who is healthy (they kept calling her fat because of the beauty standards in korea i think but i loved her sm i would definitely cuddle with her for hours. perfect cuddle material i tell u) and is made fun off and school home and basically everywhere. one day she gets this letter of how someone likes her hips and she shouldn't diet. it was anonymous with just one hint and she goes on the quest to find that guy. there is a bully too who bullies her every single day and she finally retaliated in the end. i was so proud of her i tell u
all in all adult trainee discussed some topics faced by growing teens and it was fun. i absolutely loved the second story. the other was also fabulous i lived all of them sm. definitely worth my time

i plan on making this quite long.i started watching this drama out of nowehre just because youtube suggested it to me and it looked quite fun. I went in with no expectations and boom - favorite drama of the year. i knew some actors/actresses from previous dramas especially liyunrui. i loved his acting in love like the galaxy and was extremely bummed because of his second lead role in the previous drama so i was of course overjoyed to be watching this one where he is the lead.
let me first start with the storyline. it was fucking beautiful. it was so hard to trust anyone after evey given episode, like after each and every episode im like what im trusting the right person right? this guy wont betray the ones i like right? my favorite character wont be degraded to execution or something right? my bloop pressure was over the roof for the last few episodes. it just kept rising with every scene. the storyline was executed to beautifully im just astounded. the way dou zhao grows up to be such a strong woman and be independant is truly admirable. the first part of the drama was lowkey blunt but the moment song mo and dou zhou came to know of each-other's presence, that was the moment the drama boosted up for me. thei rchemistry was immaculate and the enemies to lovers was just chef's kiss
honorary mention to miao ansu and song han. i really thought they would have a happy ending but alas that was truly unfortunate. the way so many people died out of the blue it was just sad. that was the only thing that i was found was unnecessary.
next the actors. not only did i like the leads for some reason i loved gu yu and ji yong's characters sm as well. i was wavering the whole series whether ji yong is to be trusted or not like every other episode he gains dou zhao's trust but the very next episode he is out for blood like bro wtf choose a side i fucking swear my bp peaked just because of him. gu yu was a lovely character, he was the comedic relief this drama needed and i hoped he could be there more. other than that i love miao ansu as well. ik kong xuer from ywy and i was honestly surprised as i did not know she was a part of this drama.
all in all this is the best impulsive decision ive made this year, totally worth all my time and mental health.
