So let me get this straight. His ex-wife left him for a rich dude, has that man’s child, he dies, she apparently promises her son he’ll have a new dad and goes back to her ex husband like he was just waiting on her? The unmitigated gall and arrogance.
I feel like I’m in a hostage situation with Peng Yuan and Xu Nuo. Someone send in a negotiatior and get me out!! Bruh 10 years!! 10!!!!!!! There’s just something about the intensity of the ML’s gaze that has had me captivated since Lost You Forever where I saw him for the first time. I started this because of him and I don’t regret the decision. No Regrets!!!!!

Yeah this is one of those dramas when it ends your heart aches because you fell in love with the characters and their growth. I’m missing them already. And I too want to go to Jeju.
No one can tell me Ji Chang Wook isn’t this man in real life. Nobody. And if he isn’t it just speaks more to his talent as a natural actor. He makes you feel every fiber of the characters he portrays. This man!!

Quickest drama drop in my life. They are in college right? First of all there is something mentally unstable about attacking a person to make them look bad and be hated by all just off of suspicion of them liking someone else. All this possessiveness over Fei Tian who don’t want not one of them. They don’t own him. That is weirdo behavior. The antics are annoying. This is college. Anyway from the comments this doesn’t get better. I love cutesy dramas and I thought this would be something light I can watch amidst the heavier dramas I’m currently watching. Ah well.

I’m glad I waited to see the episode where the FL picks the kid up from school. Some of the comments here made her sound like some weirdo who randomly chose a day to go pick up this child who by the way grew attached to her immediately because of his god father liking her. She didn’t just go the child called her and said his mom was too busy to pick him up because he wanted to hang out and get ice cream knowing she probably wouldn’t tell him no because she told him she owed him one for getting hurt and not winning the prize he wanted from the school function she participated in with him and his god father in place of his mom.
If she was wrong about anything is she didn’t verify with his mom. She just went on impulsa. Not only that moms at the school added her to their parent chat. She didn’t do these things herself. Comments without context can mess folk up. That’s how people’s reputations get destroyed in real life. goodness.
He is a frustrating character but I think he’s frustrating because he’s the realest character and he’s shows a side of humanity that people prefer to ignore and rid themselves of.
The truth is, he’s a grieving husband who has not processed that grief properly. Due to his grief he went into protect and preserve mode causing him to shut out those he deemed responsible for his grief his former best friends. The mind does funny things when you’re grieving and like it or not we can do ugly things when we’re mourning or in protect mode.
Fear and an inability or desire to confront him kept others from calling him out but episode 13 shows what is possible when you confront things instead of allowing them to fester.
Love doesn’t mean you leave people to their own destructive devices because they will eventually destroy you. Thus the mess we see before us and the hateful person this man has become. He wasn’t always like that. He was a happy husband, loving friend and proud father but grief will change you if you’re left to drown in it. This man has been drowning in his grief and drowning people fight to save their life and they’ve been known to harm those trying to save them due to their overwhelming fear of dying and losing everything. It’s easy to hate him but in all honesty he needs healing just like everyone else who’s been carrying pain in this drama. He never healed and unfortunately he became a bitter hateful and selfish person too blind to see his own issues and the pain he’s caused.
I have my 320k Chdrama, Kdrama and Kpop crushes like anyone else. But there is one man who makes me want to act like a Delulu and that’s Ji Chang Wook. He is the only one that makes me consider saying delulu stuff to him that’s a complete stranger. He is so very everything ❤️❤️❤️
