They didn't give much attention because it was foreshadowed by WOH and it's promotions also Mango channel didn't care about it at all it cut scenes that are normal scenes ,, the sound was cut because of copyrights also the subbs was delayed at first episodes
After finishing Both dramas word of Honor and Killer and Healer I can compare between them and say Killer and Healer is so much better than WOH Killer and Healer ended tragically but gave both friends equal amount of sharing they shared each others burden equally ,, they suffered equally on screen ,, they both hurt each other in some way or another but they trusted each other that's not the other one fault they were really close friends and Brothers like may be the directing went a bit in BL direction in some scenes but there were no actual BL at all ,, the two actors age gab didn't show on the drama at all I like Killer and Healer more despite the horrible finale it was fair and interesting with no dull sub plots or focusing on just one lead as WOH even the side stories of Killer and Healer were better It turned really dark at the end but it's justified WOH lacked a lot ,, it has so many plot holes didn't get filled
