To be honest even though gook said that tae joo feels always above him, it just feels to me that tae joo is the one with the insecurities and trust issues.

Even the clothing seems more mature. Let's just hope. I am not even that hopeful for a kiss since this korea and it's just a start. Maybe holding-hands or a hug. Ww don't need them kisses just them happy

I am holding off on watching the drama until it finishes for the simple reason that I am afraid of the ending, but from the first episodes and from the comments. I actually believe that tae joo is the one who fell in love first but afraid of losing a good friend. As you have seen his father is not really the parent of the year, so his family life is not that good and is hurting. His attitude is just a shield for him to protect his heart from being broken again, and in a way i believe he is protecting gook too. From what I remember he hated hearing that boy calling gook his slave, he also showed his anger when gook was slapped by his father.
He is not a really bright kid, don't forget that people who are always happy , are the saddest people out there. I actually understand his personality very well, maybe because we are the same aside from being rich. (hahah i am just an average person)
I always try to maintain a good distance and not showing my emotions. Gook is the only person he truly likes and trusts. And he also hurted him when he told him that maybe it is time to resign since he doesn't need him anymore. He did say it was joke but for an insecure person, i think tae joo can't forget it. Gook also described that they are going through all those troubles..... Maybe he did not meant to say it but basically from the perspective of tae joo, it's like saying you are a burden. I really hope for happy ending. I am 51 % sure that it will be a happy ending, because that poster say it all. I think maybe they will get separated when tae joo makes another trouble and has to go to England but they will find a way to make it work. Because when i see that poster, it feels like that year or 2 will pass and their slave - master relationship will cease. Let's just hope it will go well.

This drama plot is unrealistic.However the way the actors delivered their messages was so beautiful and touching. I loved everything about this drama. I was not left unanswered. Everything was clear. I saw a lot of people who are curious about sowoo's story , But actually there is no History , He has depression which is a mental illness, it is not always triggered by some past element. You can be depressed and you don't even know the reason why. I believe that was the case for So woo. I actually understand his character the most. Maybe because I feel that we resemble each other. I too feel depressed from time to time and the problem is I don't even know why . So woo was an optimistic boy who also has depression, and he couldn't find a balance between those two element.
I recommend people to watch this story till the end and not skip any minute of it . Because it really deserved it. It might be hard for teens to understand very well but for adults ,it is easier to watch if you are open minded and ready to judge without making excuses for the characters.
Just give it a go . and don't compare it to the japanese one.
