To be honest, I prefer this drama. I have trouble staying interested in the other one - so cliched and nothing new

I’m so afraid that SH may be an enemy who killed the woman BJE was holding.

Every episode plays with my feelings but this latest one with its ending scenes just had me all mixed up and teary eyed. I think her first life was not what BJE imagined 😢 I wish Min Gi would just tell her what happened! 😫

Finally past the halfway mark for this show and I’m enjoying it. The flow is good and I like the pacing. There’s something about Allen’s shows that I find very engaging. The romance in this show feels very organic in its progression and I can see the leads moving from being housemates to developing feelings. Angelababy is so lovely to look at and both Allen and her pair well.
The show is creative in its dialogue and plot lines. The mix of the ML’s fiction and “real life” is very entertaining.

Yup! Maybe because the ML is currently struggling to avoid her and the FL is just in such a pathetic state. So they just don’t click yet.

I love how the BJE and MSH were developing, and while it was less smooth for HDY and YCW, they were getting closer. It's also a relief to find out that Min-Gi and the Biker Boots lady (Han Na) were not out to cause BJE harm.
Wow, what a revelation about MSH being from BJE's first life!!!
5 more episodes to go - I hope that they focus on and solve the murder, and also wrap things up nicely for BJE and MSH...

Very good point! Despite what she said in her drunken state, she did not do that much. You're right - despite my disappointment, episode 11 had to happen in order for them to get to the next point properly.
I also agree with you - It would be nice to avoid a cliched ML who keeps everything bottled up, carrying the burden and guilt. He clearly has issues, the way he lashes out at his team when they don't perform.

I look forward to her taking the first firm step toward being free of her family's clutches. I liked the way she described her relationship with her mother as being an animal being tamed into submission. It was so sad...;(

Thank you! That’s what I want to see - that the leads, especially the FL properly move on and when they begin their relationship again, it will be a fresh start.

I wish I could see some chemistry between the leads but so far nothing. I’m waiting to see if there will be any spark when they are finally together

The FL has got to stop disrupting his life being all wishy washy. I know we are supposed to sympathize with her because of her surpressed upbringing but there’s only so much I can bear with her pathetic behavior. Yes she can keep saying what a coward she is and that she wants to have everything and is afraid to lose it all, but so what… at this point I need to see her actually do what she says which is to try all she can to get closer to the ML. Even now when the ML was bending and willing to try, all she could was cry. I applaud the ML for walking away.
Novel readers, when will the FL finally break free from her mother’s shackles or are we going to continue to watch her act all pathetic until the ML does something heroic to change her family’s minds?

Ep 11 was disappointing especially after my hopes were raised in ep 10. I agree with ML…

Ah ok, I did notice her nervous gestures and her reactions when stressed. I didn’t chalk it up to PTSD though because the drama didn’t show her go though any major trauma. Unlike the ML who got hurt in battle.

Yes she needed a rude awakening! Still what she did before that was just so horrible 😡

I don’t know - her role in SOML was beyond redemption
