I feel like its not our place to say whose story are the saddest between the 2 brothers and compared it. Each stories have their own burden to them and compared it is just not apple to apple. The root of their problem are different, ofc the way they handling their own struggles are different too, and to remember how they are 2 people with their own personalities also said so.
What makes them same is how li ba and jianjian are their comfort place. They found comfort in them and treasures them and somehow in their own process of overcoming their struggles, they also became each other comfort
It just warm my heart to see these two talking together at their own apartment, not just talking about jianjian, but also sharing their own burden ((eventough theyre not being 100% honest here)).I wish they give us more brothers scene tooㅠㅠ.
