Li Ge being the bane of coach Wu's existence is the funniest thing
Haha yea, they have great dynamics XD Felt bad for Coach Wu when he was crying after being rejected and Li Ge overhearing and still teasing him afterwards, but I'm sure the bond those two will have in the future will be quite special. Just like Coach Wu and his past coach :)
They have good kissing scenes. Not a lot, but there are some and those were good. They are more the hugging/embracing and lovingly gazes couple. Please don't let the lack of kissing scenes be the key decision not to watch this drama... you'll miss a good drama with awesome leads and acting ;)
I'm so glad I started watching this even tho far too early, because I thought the "everyday-an-episode-schedule" would remain like that and bingewatched it recently.... big mistake, because waiting for each episode is pure suffering! T-T
I'm so pleasantly surprised that I love this drama so much and it's definitely up in my 5 fave Chinese dramas. Wang An Yu is an incredible natural actor and I loved his acting since Forever Love. His eyes speak volumes! As for Gina Jin, I watched her in YAMG and Why Women Love, but didn't really persuade me with her acting, but in this one, I really love her! And I'm so in love with Luo Na's character. She's cool, easy-going and so pretty. irl there would be so many young students out there to fall for her, so understandable that Yu Cheng fell in love with her...
Even tho I'm not a big fan of sport dramas and usually skip scenes, here I'm really enjoying this aspect of the drama. There are also none characters that I find annoying. Usually Chinese romcom dramas will have a lot of annoying side characters... be it jealous second leads, overbearing parents, evil colleagues and bosses.... but here are none! At least for me. I enjoy every scene from the athletes to the coaches! I even kinda like Li Ge now lol ( Hateful Zhang Hong Wen is an exception. I hate him, but he was rather a cameo...)
What I love the most about this drama is that it is so natural... no overdramatic acting, situations etc. I like this kind of slice of life romance dramas the most. That's why YAMG is one of my favourites and this now too. It's rather rare to find Chinese dramas like that. I guess some people would say it's boring, but it's just my cup of tea :D
I wish there were more Chinese dramas like this out there. Natural acting, no dubbing!!!! (it's so sad, but dubbing can ruin a drama for me π₯), no unreasonable melodrama, no unnecessary drama, no annoying characters, no boring side couple, no typcial cliche tropes....
Sometimes there are gems like this, which makes me really happy π Looking forward to the rest of the drama!
Watched up to ep 3 and I'm really liking FL and ML together :) They have so completely different personalities, that it's fun to watch their dynamic. And I love female leads bubbly and kinda crazy personality XD She and her best friend are fun to watch!
But I find SML really annoying and sorta creepy. He's too obsessed with the FL that it's creepy to watch... and seriously why is there after EVERY interaction scene between main leads a panning out to the background where the SML is lurking with jealousy?... I mean once or twice is alright, but it's almost after every scene and it's ridiculous lol
Can we keep the petty twitter(or other social media) fights off this page...pretty please? :)
Anyway, just 61 days!!! I'm getting more excited day by day! kyaaa :D And so happy they wrapped up filming safely. Hope they can get a good rest now π
Jung So min is really good actress but whenever I think about Naksu, my mind just imagines Go Yoon Jung as the…
Did we watch the same scenes? Seems like people really have completely different perception :D Because for me the fighting scenes between Naksu and Songrim in the beginning were the best of the whole drama and totally hooked me from the start :)
It is not that hard to forget faces that we don't care about it
I could understand if he was the judge for just one or two times, but 6 divorces in 2 years and she doesn't even think he looks familiar? He was the main judge after all and even exchanged words with her...
tbh ep 9 was really bad. I didn't enjoy most of the episode. Too much slap-stick comedy and dumb af case and scenes. And wtf was that ending... them standing in the middle of the road π Hope tomorrow's ep will be better...
I'm so in love with Joo Young's laugh! I replay her laughing scenes because she laughs so wholeheartly and it just makes me happy π And she seems so cool as well! Love her newly found friendship with Bogum and Inyeop π
And Inyeop is the MVP of this show! I think everyone fell in love with him and I can understand why π
Hmm... just finished ep 4 and it's still quite boring. I watch it now while doing chores in the house. I think I will give it a few more episodes, but I will most definitely skip a few boring scenes π
I started with a second lead syndrome but tbh the SL has a boring and bit of cliche character/plot so I'm over him now lol Even tho I do love the actor, but his role is quite generic and nowhere near can I feel that he's a threat to the main couple's relationship. He feels more like a support role than a main role.
And I'm not really fond of FL's character as well... Even tho I do like her sassiness, she feels kinda one-dimensional and "artificial?" to me ... not sure if it's the right word, but when she was attacked by that stalker in ep 3, her reaction afterwards was so unrealistic and flat.... hello? you were almost stabbed, but then she brushed that off in one second and it was like it never happened... just like a robot. I don't know... her character is not doing it for me either.
The ML seems to have more layers and is the most interesting character for me. I enjoy his scenes and the FL's scenes with her best friend. But that's pretty it...
yay we're down to 80 days! Never have I thought I would like my fave seasons summer and autumn to be over already... I want Jang Uk, our winter season to come soon π
Imagine if this was a US or UK series, and I had to wait a whole bloody year for the next installment. OMG!! ππ
One of the reasons why I don't watch western shows anymore... I got so used to asian drama format that those few month til December feel like torture already...
it's also not healthy how I come back to AOS MDL page every week to read comments lol
I'm living for Joo Young's laugh :D She laughs so bright and wholeheartly that I rewatch her scenes several times. And her sismance with Nara is beautiful.
