I hope they write the ML's character really good! Because Kang Hae Jin is really charismatic and I'm sure he can easily overshadow the main actor... Sorry Go Kyung Pyo. You're gorgeous but there is just something missing in your acting.

I'm so excited for part 2!!!!! Rewatching Naksu's beginning scenes so I'm getting used to her face and getting into the mood for part 2 😂 Also watched some of GYJ's scenes in Sweet Home and I'm looking forward of her version of Naksu. I liked her acting in that one and I didn't even know she's still new in the industry and I didn't realize that I actually watched her in her debut drama "He is psychometric" 😂 And LJW first role was also just a year before hers. We have some golden actors/actresses for the future! 😊

I also hope the comment section here calms down slowly. I can understand everyone is sad and disappointed, because who did not love Mudeok?! We all did and I fully understand viewers who are heartbroken. The last episode is still piercing my heart. I shouldn't get to attached to dramas characters... it's not good for my health 😥 I'm still a little bit sceptical how it's gonna resume without Jung So Min, but I'm trying to go into part 2 without bitter feelings. Maybe the time until December will heal our broken hearts and let us be ready for something new ❤️

I'm also not really into the other dramas airing right now, even tho I do watch them, I'm not really into them...

Their whole "You die, I die and I die, you die" conversations we had of them kinda make me feel that the writers will pull exactly shit like that... tbh I find that kind of ending so uncreative... especially bcus Hong Writers didn't have any happy endings in their latest dramas and they can't seem to get over that trope -_-

He's chemistry kind and I liked him with Go Ara as well :)

I'd give Ojakgyo Brothers a try. The female lead seems irritating at first but she has a great character development :) Thank u for the recommendation as well! 🤗

If you want to watch a good long drama I'd rather recommend Ojakgyo Brothers (from 2011/12 but still golden!), Happy Home (more melodrama) or Chinese drama Go Ahead.
I dropped Life is Beautiful in the middle, because no couple or character was doing it for me and it became hella boring... just coming here from time to time to read the comments about the drama and I think I don't regret dropping it ...

Exactly! It was so weird how he was suddenly like "all my life I've desired to be the beholder of the king's star"... wtf since when? o_o He was just fine without it.. ugh I hate when writers destroy perfectly good characters with absolute nonsense!

Forgot to mention it but Kang Kyung Hun who plays the Queen/Choi Shaman was incredible! Her acting in ep 19 when she was busted was so phenomenal I got goosebumps. There is so much story and potential in AOS world that it's kinda sad how it's not used to it's full potential. I would have loved to see what kind of story was behind the Choi Siblings and what made them so evil. I agree to her statement that no one in that room was that much better than her. All of them were greedy and did something bad/wrong at some point trying to protect something or someone.

Why are the writers turning our Crown Prince into a stupid insecure character? Are they gonna make him evil now? Can we have royal family for once who's not so easily manipulated? It's ridiculous at this point... and how is Jin Mu still getting away with his shit for 20+ years? Absolutely ridiculous... I'm so pissed at the Crown Prince for not even imprisoning Jin Mu. None of that shit would've happened if the royals weren't so stupid, insecure and easily manipulated...

Also Jang Kang was the joke of this drama. Most useless and frustrating character ever -_-

amnesia would be the worst for me. It's just throwing everything out of the window what the leads have been through.... not just with Jang Uk, but with every single character who interacted with Mu Deok/Naksu. Please no :')

I agree! she looked kinda passive and "mysterious" in the preview which through me off guard. But it was just seconds, so we don't really know for sure...

I'm all for Naksu coming back to her original body, but if they're gonna change her character/personality and relationship dynamic with Jang Uk, then everything I loved dearly about this drama is destroyed.

I'd despise that... the amnesia plot in kdramas is the most uncreative and shitty writing ever. I'm excited for part 2... but that would be a reason to immediately drop it....

If they're gonna make Naksu have amnesia in part 2 in her original body, I'm gonna throw hands! This is the plot device I despise so much in kdramas. It's like a big slap in the face for all the connections the viewers built up with the characters and the most uncreative way a writer can go. I'm all for Naksu to come back, but not in that way....

I guess it's because of the Start Up Business mentality. I recall a drama in which each employee had an english name at work, so that they are comfortable talking without honorifics and hierarchy. Can't remember the drama's name anymore tho.

It's actually pretty interesting to discuss, because before I also was like it makes more sense that Jang Kang is still Jang Uk's father, but if we go by that logic then Jang Uk and Naksu can't ever have a family together. Because Buyeon/Mudeok will be the biological mother of their children and not Naksu, even tho he is in love with Naksu and her soul... and it's even weirder because Buyeon's soul is in that body as well. Naksu needs her own body for them to live happily ever after... or Buyeon's sacrifices her body to Naksu 😅 But it will be still Buyeon's genes... but Naksu is the soul mother 😂 Well... bet we'll never get so far in this story, but that's why I think the late king is indeed also Jang Uk's father.

I totally love the actress but I really hope they get rid of her character... Don't wanna see her in part 2 at all ._. I don't pity her at all and her scenes are boring and frustrating af ..

Yeah but before that he said that she had an affair.... what's going on in that madman's head? 😅 Even if he just simply repeated the trash talk of the people... why would he say that about poor Do Hwa. Pitiful soul... She's really one of the biggest victims.
