Everything that happened in eps 15-16 happened due to the fact that DJ and HW co-existed in the same timeline which didn't make sense because it meant that HW had two souls.
"And even weirder when no one noticed or mentioned the resemblance of Hyun Woo and Do Jun." The lack of reaction…
Yeah, I think they had the opportunity to do that and should have taken that opportunity during the accident scene when HW went to look who was inside the car. They should have shown a different actor instead.
Loopholes aside, it just feels bittersweet for me that HW/DJ found his way back to Miracle Investments and reunited with his partner Mr. Oh. I think that part was a good ending.
If the timeline of Hyun Woo woke up from the accident continues with him being Do Jun, then why 700million dollars…
"And even weirder when no one noticed or mentioned the resemblance of Hyun Woo and Do Jun." The lack of reaction from the 2022 characters and even from HW's family from the past makes me think that in their eyes, HW and DJ do not resemble each other at all. It only looks that way to us, audience, because after all, those two characters were acted by a single actor.
Tbh I find it seriously frightening how many are describing FL 2 as a strong woman. She is a toxic manipulator…
Too typical of people to put premium on characters who have good looks and who dress prettily without giving good judgment of their personality. I bet these are the same people who worship that female lead from IOTNBO.
It was in this show that I got to know and liked Jang Geun Suk. He's my first kdrama crush, the first kdrama actor who graced my Friendster profile, lol. Was too desolated by his character's death, even cried for days, haha. Hence, decided to drop this show even if I liked it so much.
I gave this show a 9.5, but to be very honest, I dropped this one. When I watched this in 2014, it was too painful... painfully relatable, lol. I was in my first job back then, so yeah, you know the story. There was no ep I did not bawl. It was depressing, so I had to drop for my mental health haha. The only kdrama I had to drop due to being too realistic, totally deserving of my 9.5.
I'm one of the minority who dropped this show. When I watched this in 2018, I was already on the verge of a slump, and this drama didn't help. I wasn't feeling the dynamics between LBH and KTR, too awkward to watch. Quite disappointing since I really looked forward to this, as there was a lot of hype to this drama due to the cast and the writer.
I heard there is an Indonesian version coming out but I couldn't find it. Can someone give me more details about…
You're probably talking about the mini series Hyoseop and Sejeong did for an Indonesian food brand. You can check it out at Realfood youtube channel. There will be a total of 4 eps, first one's out.
I had good memories watching this together with my friends back in high school. Decided to revisit, and wow, what a pain to watch! Can't believe how my taste has evolved, lol. I'm sorry to be saying this about a classic. But really, thank you for being part of my teenage years. Its OSTs will also forever be part of my playlist.
