yeah exactly :), i'm really interested in seeing where it'll go. My guess/prediction is that there won't be a negative response during the reveal, at least from the love interest. From what we have seen, Sean seems to be quite observant. He's already noticed White's differences to Black and I think he will figure out his identity by himself. In that sense, the show might have a similar outcome to the reveal in Word Of Honor. But we'll see, maybe he'll only think that "Black" has changed personality-wise but he seems a bit too witty to water it down to that (unlike Gram).
I see yeah but i meant more in the sense that the twins have an extrasensory connection or having one twin dress up as the other which are common tropes (if you see what i mean?). But these tropes aren't used in the others on the list(at least from my knowledge haha), except for that last one, Alter, which seems like a more obscure/less well known work. Not Me will still be one of the first popular BLs to test out this concept
I don't trust Tod. Like they say keep your enemies close. Another note, how does he know about the underwear.…
Tod is def sus for sure, especially seeing the way he was observing White at the hospital. As for the underwear, he didn't give out a specific brand to wear, rather he was advising White (who is supposedly well off/rich) to not wear underwear/clothes that are expensive such as brands (ex: Louis Vitton etc), given that Black seems to not be able to afford them (it might also be a matter of pride since he is in a gang). Idk if that made sense
out of curiosity, how popular is Kieta Hatsukoi in Japan? Is it pretty niche like Korean BLs (which I believe aren't really consumed by the general public) or has it blown up somewhat?
Time jump doesn't bother me as long as there is no important events took place in the meanwhile. Here, they both…
sorry for randomly dropping in lol but can someone tell me what happened between the scene where Pat was angry at Pran and the next when they are happily interacting without any explanation? Cause I thought that it was odd that Pat was mad in the first place. The scene prior was highlighting the fact that Wai may be overloading Pran and I thought Pat would be more worried/inquiring about it, rather than angry at Pran of all people. So they could've easily avoided the confusion by just not having Pat get angry cause they didn't end up resolving it anyway. idk, maybe it's just me?
Does anyone want to predict or tell me (if you've read the novel) whether Kiyoi is also dating someone new or not? From the preview, we know that Hira is dating a new guy for sure. But in the kiss scene with purple/blue lighting, Kiyoi doesn't seem to be about to kiss Hira? It looks like someone else. Or am I just seeing things?
I was taken aback when I saw the title of the trailer, just because I never thought I would see the words 'moonlight' and chicken' combined, but this. This really looks promising. If executed well this has the potential to become a masterful series. The trailer already speaks to me as artistic and emotionally vibrant. In fact, a lot of the trailers GMMTV released today really make me hopeful as Thai BLs are finally expanding more, beyond the typical uni engineering tropes. Can't wait for 2022!
Imo the comical part will only last until the ML finds out who she really is or until he comes in terms that he…
Yeah I can imagine that, it just took me by surprise because I was expecting a more mature ML . Also for the crossdressing, i would usually agree but not in this context. Rhe reason being that crossdressing in kdramas is usually made comical in all aspects, so the person crossdressing will also express feelings of unease or awkwardness in a light-hearted way or we will hear an internal narration about how amusing or unamusing the experience is for them. Yet the FL expresses confidence and maturity in her guise, she takes it very seriously herself (she kind of has to as well). So i kind of wished they had followed through with the ML. And yess totally for the spinoff :)
