this is my first ever pondphuwin series, i ofc started this for est but i actually really enjoyed the first episode.…
I hated every series they were in until We Are, which is a very different kettle of fish from this series, but it was the first one where I actually enjoyed what they were given to work with. And I'm enjoying this even more. It's hilarious and their acting has improved immensely. So I'd say this was a very good PondPhuwin series to start with.
It's like it was written by an 18-year old with no experience of actual trauma or bullying. It's infuriating.…
Define "bad" 😅 He took away Ice's guitar without even asking, and didn't seem to think it was a big deal (which, as a musician, he should). But yeah, Ice doesn't even seem as if he's that into him, so why is he stringing him along?
is it safe to say that you haven't watched "Revenged Love"?also, Saint's character wants to immerse in…
Yep, I don't like smoking but it makes total sense for Ice to smoke, considering his backstory. He's not smoking to be "cool", he's smoking because at some point he needed to.
I love episode 1 to 3 but episode 4 is such a let down.The apology scene on campus was so painful to watch. They…
It's like it was written by an 18-year old with no experience of actual trauma or bullying. It's infuriating. At least it's not as bad as some other BLs I've seen that tried to add trauma for the sake of "drama" and then mishandled it grossly. But yeah, trauma and the sense of betrayal doesn't go away that easily, trust isn't won back that effortlessly. The drunk kiss was grating on me too. I was thinking "but what about Warm?" the whole time. I mean, Warm seems to be a bit of a d**k, but technically Ice is still seeing him (though I can't for the life of me fathom why)
I don’t understand why. They pay for VIP account the same like people from other countries. I’ve got the same…
Unfortunately it's common that different platforms will only have the airing license for some regions, because some other platform already bought the license for the other regions. Buying a license for the same regions as another platform would mean less viewers and less views. Only more obscure dramas would get licensed in all regions by Gaga, or really popular, hype dramas would be on multiple platforms in the same regions. It sucks when it's not the platform you have a paid subscription for in your region, though ;_;
I haven't seen it yet but could it be they can't have romantic scenes outside because of the homosexuality prohibition?
But the censorship board don't go around checking film crews. They only censor films and dramas that are already filmed and edited and submitted to them for review. (And if you don't submit it for review, they can't ban it—you just can't air it in the Chinese mainland.)
honestly i dont even mind the acting. the chemistry between both ML is meh and I'll accept a slow burn build up…
That's my main gripe with the plot: Why oh why does Ice go back to the same school? Are there no other schools in his city? If that were me I'd even move to another part of the country, start anew, far far from where I was violated and had my life destroyed.
The drunk kiss was grating on me too. I was thinking "but what about Warm?" the whole time. I mean, Warm seems to be a bit of a d**k, but technically Ice is still seeing him (though I can't for the life of me fathom why)
Watarai: "Your hair is a mess, Hioki" *proceeds to move exactly two hairs two millimetres to the side* 😂
The third-wheeling comic relief
The solution is of course to get a VPN...
