I might be the only one here but I am sick tired of the same action Korean dramas always with a senior actor or actors doing the same thing like a copy paste never really enjoyed one the only exception is signal so first couple of dramas are a skip. I will give kingdom a watch since I watched the previous one, the silent sea looks interesting, hellbound I will give it a try hope it's a good one since my favorite actress is in there (but I have a feeling it will be that kind of action) . Squid games looks like a male version of hunger games but honestly Koreans tend to screw up these kind of genre so probably not. Love alarm I dropped the first season so not gonna watch the second

I got annoyed sometimes as well but still liked it, I think she is less annoying there but not completely not annoying hahaha I got immersed in the story so I don't really remember my favorite character is her mom it's only a few eps tho, uh I remember now, big reason why I didn't find her annoying is because of her little brat of a sister so in that sense you might even be more annoyed. Anyway give it a try and tell me if you liked it or not I like discussing dramas but I never find anyone open to discussing and not fighting

Honestly it's a good one but not a masterpiece nonetheless an easy watch I recommend if you want a light hearted historical. I personally enjoyed it (tho more on the earlier eps)

Uh jewel in the palace is just a masterpiece!! Finished it recently and I have such an empty spot that can't be filled unfortunately we won't see a historical like this anymore they are all filled with idols and young actors delicate actors and actresses that just doesn't make it believable

Empress ki will forever be the best historical ever made. Nowadays it's filled with idols or young delicate actresses and actors that they don't really give quite the feel. I love me some fierce woman

I think I know why it's the chemistry between the leads that can't be replicated, the warmth in the tw version contrasted by a coldish Korean culture but we never know we might get something like 1988 the most important thing is the casting tho how can they find brilliant actors like the original and a really good director. If they cast rookies or idol actors then I won't even give it a chance
