Listen... I don't really comment on this site, and I've tried to keep my mouth shut when it comes to this drama as well cuz Idk how much my opinion matters anyway but... I think many might feel the way I feel about this show. And I'm gonna say all this as a queer person myself. I am majorly conflicted about this show. At first I thought 'Oh they aren't gonna show them kissing' which is totally fine by me, I don't really need to see that for a story to be good. I thought they would keep the story as it was, but just not show any intimacy but that's not the case. They are clearly erasing the exact cause of the bullying, they are only using the word 'stalker', they aren't explicitly saying that he is bullied for being gay. I guess it's done in such a way that if you know the original plot you can read between the lines and fill in the blanks yourself. This way they can market the drama to a broader audience which ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I guess works for them better, but I'm not really ok with it. We are only 6 ep in so far, so 2 more to go. I am curious how this will all end. Like I'm realllllllyyyyy curious because I have a feeling that they will hint at a relationship between YiHeon and SeKyung considering that in the first 2-3 episodes you can clearly see that SeKyung has a crush on YiHeon. And it's only natural it gets toned down when he realizes that someone else is in his body. If they do, then I'll be fine with this drama overall. It's a really good drama that I could recommend to anyone. It's funny, entertaining annd serious when it needs to be. I'll miss it for sure when it'll be over. BUUUUUT If they won't even hint that there's something between the two then I'll be really angry. So far I don't really feel like the lgbt plot is erased completely, you can still figure out what is going on, it's just not the focus cuz there's an old man in this guy's body. I'm not mad YET. We'll see how it ends. As I've said I'm ok with SOME censorship, I don't need to see a kiss for it to be a good series. But this isn't a country where you can't even hint at a relationship between two men like China is. If they erase the lgbt plot completely then we have a problem. I'll see you guys next week. That's when I'll decide who I side with.
