I think Hidden Love is hands down THE BEST Cdrama/romance drama I’ve ever watched in my entire life!!I wasn’t…
I love everything on your list! Watching Fireworks too. Also rec: 'Meet Yourself' and 'Hi Venus' - both by the same screenwriter as your 6. Find Yourself. 'Meet Yourself' is my No 1.
I love how badass Liang Jing Fan is BUT stealing a carpark like that crosses a line for me - now I don’t like her 🤣🤣🤣 I am ridiculous and I will get over it.
I thought this drama is a pure romcom similar to Coffee Prince. After watching Ep 1 subbed, this is darker and…
I think I agree with you about the potential melo-turn. Anytime I find myself yelling at the tv ("Don't freaking mortgage the house!") it's a sign for me ;D
what would people reccommend for fans of this? I’ve been watching Asian dramas for over 7 years now and only…
I really loved "You Are My Hero" and "Meet Yourself" - both have awesome chemistry. And I just straight up love "Reset" Can't personally recommend any fantasy or historical as they're not my cup of cha...
Out of interest, what have you dropped? I personally think it is perfectly ok to wait until late in the airing of C-dramas and check the comments... it's pretty common that the early episodes set up troubling leads, so they can show growth and or redemption. Early eps can be hard to watch. But I think this is what makes Cdramas worth it! I also think it's ok to check the comments and skip episodes when it's suggested ;D
The support cast here is **chef's kiss** I read an interview where LJH said "There's a saying 'What you already know is the best.' I know that 'King The Land' might be a little cliche and classic. But we tried to reinterpret the scenes that might seem unoriginal to make them fresh. There are scenes that are not cliched," Rom-coms that subvert the tropes are my absolute favourites, and the 1st ep is hilarious so it's looking good so far!
At ep 17. And it's ridiculous. Reading comments I want to skip this and the next 5-8 eps, but I'm concerned about missing detail... To prevent a child from knowing their parent, is horrifying to me. Certainly protecting your child from a dangerous parent is right. But this situation is not that. The ML is a positive and loving influence and yes the FL is seriously problematic. BUT there ARE many other commenters here, calling her out. What I'm waiting for is a reasonable explanation for WHY she chose to hide him, and why SHE is so mistrustful of the ML, when HE is the one who has the most right to be so... Spoilers? Anyone?

And btw, thanks for asking this question! I can now mine the answers for rec's too!
