From what I understand, Naksu's father was targeted because he had learned about the King's Star. They weren't…
Actually... now I kinda remembered, I think he switched back already. He was Naksu's father when he ran wild because in one scene, he kinda recognized her before he ran ran wild. I forgot which episode, but definitely season 1. Moreover, I kinda agree that he shifted souls (Jin Mu helped him with the soul shift) with one of the Cheonbugwan mages, to switch Jang Uk's birth plate, and when he's done with it, he shifted back to his own body. Once you shifted souls, now you forever are a soul shifter. As a result, Jin Mu now knows Cho Jung's weakness to the soul bells, and he also knows Cho Jung's daughter (Naksu) and he deceived her & used her for his own ambition (I think to fight/kill/destroy the mages or distract them as much as possible & then get the icestone for himself I suppose). Too bad Naksu lost against Park Jin in episode 1, that where it all started to get downhill for Jin Mu & his ambitions.
Had Naksu won that first fight (maybe in a parallel universe) we will be getting a different ballgame. LOL
I mean... kinda makes sense, doesn't it? IDK. You figure it out! XD
Regarding the potions and their effects on soul bells, I have no clue whatsoever because I'm too darn focused at the impotence inducing herbal tea XD
Jang Gang and Cho Chung were good friends. Jang Gang pulled some strings to hide Uk's birth secret, and probably…
Any information who shifted souls with Cho Jung? And if he shifted back to his own body, can he still be petrified thus killed "legally" by the mages? because it takes two to shift souls right? and if he shifted back to his old body, does that still mean he's a soul shifter??

Thank you so much! Great explanation! This makes a lot of sense because from what I understand, soul shifting can be done forcefully (does not need consent from the other party).
Was it explained in the series: If Cho Jung shifted souls at one point, and then shifted back to his own body, is he still vulnerable to Jin Mu's soul bells?
We know Park Jin slayed Cho Jung's petrified body. but was it Cho Jung's soul inside the body running wild? Does this mean that there is possibility that the real Cho Jung is still alive? His soul is still trapped in another man's body?
Did Cho Jung (Naksu's father) die to protect Jang Uk's origins?
Was Cho Jung set up by the (evil) Unanimous Assembly or others, so that he becomes a soul shifter, gets petrified, so that there is more justification to kill him? Or was he just another greedy soul shifter? xD
Park Jin was the one landing the killing blow on Cho Jung, why didn't Naksu hate him in the end?
