Lol wasn't till I looked at the keyboard that I realised u and i are right next to each other. This is what I get for rushing to translate and not properly reviewing what I wrote. Sorry guys!
Those Grassland assholes, is it Khan's retinue? seem awfully displeased that She'er doesn't have a Tang bride.…
They've never met A'sun before, so they probably just think She'er just has a personal beef with him. At least that's how I see it as they probably have never heard A'sun introduce by his old position as Tegin.
I am dying to know what they are saying . Please can anyone kindly translate ?
I think she suicided, which is why the blade is found on the ground. She probably grabbed the blade for Li Shiming and killed her self. Afterwards he probably forgot about the blade and just left it were it landed.
I am dying to know what they are saying . Please can anyone kindly translate ?
Here's a repost of what I translated below, in case you couldn't find it :) They're standing in front of the memorial building and A'sun asks "What's this place?" Changge response "This is the resting place of my mother. I want to bring you to meet her." He starts straightening his clothes and hair. She quizzically asks, "What are you doing?" He says "This is the first time your mother is meeting me. I need to leave her with a good impression." Changge: "If my mother was meeting you in person, I'm pretty sure she would really like you." A'sun: "Changge, thank you for bringing me to see your mother. Let's go in."
Inside the memorial building. A'sun: "Seem like someone remembers/misses your mother. The place show signs of care, daily cleaning, and the offerings on the table are fresh." Changge: "True, I didn't expect there to be anyone left in Chang’an that would remember my mother. I'm not sure if it is Leyan or Shuyu that has order someone to do so. Before, when I was leaving Chang'an city, I was really worried about people here forgetting that she was an unfortunate casualty and victim. Seems that I don't need to worry anymore." They both go to their knees and bow before the altar. "Mother, I have returned and come to see you. This is A'sun. I want to bring him to see you." A'sun "With respects, I Ashile sun, have come to see you. Changge, I want to toast a cup of wine to your mother." He pours a cup. "Lady mother, this is the first time that we have met. I am sorry to have not prepared well and can only use this lesser wine* to toast you as a sign of my apology and respect." He pours the wine into a plant. "On the road here, Changge has suffered a lot. I ask for the lady mother's forgiveness. Now that Changge and I are of the same hearts and minds* in the future please let me take care of her. Lady mother, in the future I will take extra care of her and give her extra love and compensate her. Changge: "What nonsense are you speaking in front of my mother?" A'sun looks at her. "Not nonsense. I am only speaking true words of my heart. Have you forget what you said in Mobei? Or are you going to go back on your word in front of your mother now?" He turns to the tablet "A woman chosen by us, men from the grassland, will be loved, protected, and looked after for the rest of our lives." Changge: "A'sun thank you" A'sun: "Between you and me, there are no need for such words." Changge: "Mother, I will come visit you more often in the future. A'sun and I will do so together." Dun dun dun the emperor appears. They turn around together to meet him. The emperor: "Changge? Changge I am glad to see you safe and unharmed. I am at ease." Changge: "I have not revenged my mother's murderer. Of course I would still be living perfectly well." Emperor sighs and as he heads to the altar, Changge bursts out: "Stop, stay far away from my mother's resting place. Are you not afraid of heaven's judgment*?" He starts burning incense and goes in front of the tablet and bows. Changge angrily response, "Don't pretend you're sorry. You are not worthy to come here. One day sooner or later, I will kill you." Emperor: "Changge, if you really wanted to kill me then why didn't you do so at Weisui with that arrow? Changge: "I did not save you. I was saving the Tang people. Emperor: "To have set aside your personal revenge for the Tang Dynasty and it's people, very good. The small Yongning has truly grown up. I have heard of everything you have done in Luoyang." Changge: "So what I haven't forgiven you." Emperor: I don't ask for your forgiveness and don't ask for your mother to forgive me. Changge: "Shut up. You're not allowed to use my mother's name." Emperor speaks to the guard that has been held back by A'sun: "Fangyi, step down." Wei Zheng: "Don't worry. The princess will not do anything to hurt the emperor as she is on the side of the people.*" Emperor: "You are the child that I raised with my own hands. As my child, I know what kind of person you are." He looks at A'sun and smiles "You two are a good match. You have someone to protect you now. I think your mother can be happy now." He leaves the memorial. Changge says "I didn't realise it was him taking care of my mother's resting place all this time. [speaking to her mother] Your death cannot be revenge anymore."
Those Grassland assholes, is it Khan's retinue? seem awfully displeased that She'er doesn't have a Tang bride.…
They're really worried that the Khan will retaliate against them. Under the agreement with the Khan, they have basically been forced to pay tribute to the main tent for ages out of fear for their women being taken, military retribution, etc. There grumblings don't really have to directly do with the Tang/tang marriage. They're worried the Khan will see their presence in Louyang as a direct affront and a bid against his control/dominion over the grasslands. Unlike us, they don't know that the Khutan is the one directing things behind the scenes. They're terrified of the Khan as he is their closest neighbour. Also most of them don't seem to know that A'sun was the Tigen of the eagles. They just see him as a guard. Some of the men are part of the retinue for Mobei and Monan, other seem to be from affiliated smaller ethnic tribes (Tielebu seems to be the main objectors). The conversation is mostly a mess of them panicking as they have been asked to sign an alliance document (between Tang, Monan, Mobei, etc.) by the Monan princess. They don't trust the Tang so they are worried that the alliance is merely switching who will subjugate them from the Ashilebu to the Tang, but mostly they are worried about retribution from Ashilebu. Changge comes out to say that "As long as the Tang are here, you don't need to fear Ashilebu." The Tielebu guy says "This alliance was brought up by Mobei, so of course you want us to sign. But once we sign, we may as well openly declare ourselves the enemies of Ashilebu." Someone else says, "We cannot afford to offend Ashilebu." Leyan says "So what if you openly declare yourselves as the enemies of Ashilebu. The Tang will stand by you no matter what as allies. Should Ashilebu decide to take up arms against any of you, we promise and assure you that we will come to your aid. Should you not rethink things carefully?" The Tielebu guy again "Ashilebu is just too strong. I cannot stop the Mobei princess from signing this agreement, but don't involve us Tielebu people. Let's go."
Lol this conversation is messy and there's a lot of mutterings going on in the back that makes it hard to hear clearly. So sorry and please bear with the rough translation. Mostly seems the whole objection against signing the alliance is done by this Tielebu guy (the one with a round face) and he seems to have been able to convince the surrounding guys to follow his lead to some extent. Doesn't help that the original Ashilebu/Tang marriage contract has been dissolved, which can be seen as the Tang going back on their word and could lead to open aggression between the two. Why do I feel like this Tielebu guy is working for the Khutan... It's the whole balance of power being played out on screen, with the smaller nations/states all worried that taking a side between two big powers means being eaten alive by the other big power that they don't ally themselves with. Of course a marriage alliance would probably have help settle down some of the small fries' misgivings and fears.
Do you mind if I ask for a summary of the full conversation between Hao Du and Leyan when she goes to his room…
Of course! They're so cute looking back and forth with so much emotion here. Leyan asks: "Why did you get on that platform?" Haodu : "I- I feared Ashilebu would bully/make fun of Tang for having no one willing to step up." Leyan: "So you like brother Shuyu, only got on the platform because of the Tang reputation. Not because of me. Leyan stands up: "Haodu, I, Li Leyan, am perfectly capable of saving the tang reputation myself. I don't need your help." Haodu stands up to go after her: "No that's not- I actually-" *ouch* "I just really didn't want to watch you have to marry someone that you don't like." Leyan: "This is a competition for my hand in marriage. Whoever wins is who I have to marry. Since you have won, this means I am contracted to marry you. So you think- do you think that you are the person that I like?" Haodu: "I know who the princess is thinking of in your heart. The princess doesn't have to worry. This competition doesn't count. I will speak to the emperor tomorrow and tell him the truth." Leyan: "So from the beginning till the end, you never though of marry me." Haodu: "I have no father now. How can I dare think such nonsense?" Leyan: "Why are you like this in front of me? Always so respectful and humble. You obviously can do so much more. Why would you get onto that platform for me-? Haodu cuts in: "Because you are worth it! But I am unworthy." Leyan: "Do you want to know who you are in my eyes?" She helps him sit down. "The first time I saw you. You seemed like an ice cube. Your face was cold and your heart was cold. Then I was very scared of you and did not dare or want to even be close to you a little. Later on, you were constantly fighting with Changge and trying to kill her, so I disliked you even more. I thought I was all wrong. You weren't just cold hearted. You didn't even have a heart. But in my journey as a refugee from Beijing to Louyang, it was you that saved me. When you hugged me and told me you would talk me home, in that moment, I no longer feared you. In fact later on I even- relied on you. I started to feel that your heart was warm. Only when I was with you, I feel secure and free to be myself. I have slowly come to realise that many of the things you have done were involuntary, a lot of what you said was insincere. Haodu, you are actually a really good person. But you like to hide your own emotions too much. You are constantly trying to put everyone else first, to your own detriment, to please them. Today, seeing you on the platform being knocked down again and again, I was really afraid. I was afraid that I would never see you again. Thinking of never seeing you again- I just- I will ask you one last time. Why did you get on the platform? Haodu: "I got on the platform cause I did not want to see you sad. It was also cause I wanted to for once fight for-" Leyan: "Fight for what?" Haodu: "Princess, you once said I can protect you. Originally, I protected you as a guard. But in the future-" Leyang: "In the future, what?" Haodu: "In the future, I want to protect as your husband." Leyan: "You- when did you become so daring?" Haodu: "Princess, I'm sorry. You can pretend I never said anything." Leyan: "Pretend you said nothing. You want to be dishonest* (also can mean not take responsibility)." Haodu: "That's not what I meant! I didn't mean-" ouch* Leyan: "I told you not to- You need to be more careful with your recovery otherwise you could end up with long term health issues. Otherwise, how will you protect me in the future?" *HUG!!!!!!* Leyan "Aren't your injuries very serious? How come you're still so strong? You hugged me so hard that I couldn't breath." Haodu: "I don't know what's wrong with me. But hearing your words, I think I'm all better now." Leyan: "Well since you are all better, then tomorrow come with me to the farm fields. I haven't been in a long time. I wonder how the commoners are doing there now." Haodu: "Okay. In the future, wherever you want to go, I will go with you."
This moment is just so symbolic and ceremonial for the relationship between them. They're pledging to be together no matter what to her mother. It's a huge step for Changge both for her personal healing and her accepting him as family (future hubby!!). This scene is like a pseudo marriage ceremony. Additionally when the emperor comes and approves of A'sun, it's like both parents of Changge are giving the nod to their relationships. :)
I wouldn’t mind more spoilers if you’re up to it. Hehe
I know! I was crying while translating. When picking apart what she's saying in such detail, I just couldn't help but be moved all over again. *cried a river*

Look at the post below haha, I saw your comment. It's such a heart wrenching moment. I translated as best I could. If there are any more particular moments don't hesitate to ask. :)
She says "You can hear me, can't you? I've got everything sorted out with Pusa and we're all just waiting for…
No this was when A'sun was shot by an arrow in episode 39. He recovers without problem! This isn't a recap of the ending! The ending hasn't come out yet. Sorry for the scare.

Li ChangGe finds her family on her mum’s side, who are Uighur Royalty basically. She’s the Elteber’s niece…
It's the manhua. She thought Ashina was a spirit cause she saw two bodies hanging from poles that the soldiers pointed to and said were Ashina's and Shad's (the tiger's leader). She coughs up blood and faints.

Emperor: "Changge, if you really wanted to kill me then why didn't you do so at Weisui with that arrow?
Changge: "I did not save you. I was saving the Tang people.
Emperor: "To have set aside your personal revenge for the Tang Dynasty and it's people, very good. The small Yongning has truly grown up. I have heard of everything you have done in Luoyang."
Changge: "So what I haven't forgiven you."
Emperor: I don't ask for your forgiveness and don't ask for your mother to forgive me.
Changge: "Shut up. You're not allowed to use my mother's name."
Emperor speaks to the guard that has been held back by A'sun: "Fangyi, step down."
Wei Zheng: "Don't worry. The princess will not do anything to hurt the emperor as she is on the side of the people.*"
Emperor: "You are the child that I raised with my own hands. As my child, I know what kind of person you are." He looks at A'sun and smiles "You two are a good match. You have someone to protect you now. I think your mother can be happy now."
He leaves the memorial. Changge says "I didn't realise it was him taking care of my mother's resting place all this time. [speaking to her mother] Your death cannot be revenge anymore."
