Yes, I like that it is slow actually. Rome is not built in a day. Likewise, I loved the journey of Ning Meng from Rookie to Director, it is graceful. For me, it is very close to reality and not much exaggerated. Dramas like this should be watched for Character development and learning life lessons. Waiting for the last 3 episodes!
