To me, I think he's thinner now. I think he's perfect in MTD. He just looks sick and emaciated in this one. Because he's a dancer, I just think he's super thin anyway. Actually, IMO, most of the actors in these dramas look super if not too thin. For example? Yang Mi? She's so skinny that she looks kind of has "knock knees" - and I am in no way judging or body shaming. I just think they could use five or ten lbs more, and still be extremely thin.
