His Dad is dead and him mother is doing nothing to be a mother. How is a child supposed to feel. This is so messed up. He parents didn't think about him in their choices. The hell?

Tian Qi is currently having his own story play out. He is trying to get Yue Mei back in the mortal realm. He leaves Yuan Qi with Dong Hua. Yuan qi has been pass from person to person while his mother kneels for Bai Jue.

Calling someone a pornstar and saying that they get their roles is is not a big thing? That is vile. Wow.

He is a neglected child because his mother has been kneeling for Bai Jue for hundreds of years and his father is dead. He was taken in by friends of the family who spoiled him due to who he is and what happened, hence why he started as a good for nothing with mommy and daddy issues. Have you never seen what neglect can do to a child?

As a writer, time can't be ignored! That's like a writing sin! His father is still dead and his mother is neglecting him to bring her man back. We see that Bai Jue come back in ALP but at the time of this story, he is dead dead dead. If we bypass that, that destroys Yuan Qi whole arc.

The problem is the overreaction and the hating. Why should Shen Yin bear their mistake? This show was never going to heavily feature your faves from ALP because this has always been a Feng Yin story. The change in names should not matter, because their intention was for people to watch this without feeling like they needed ALP. The novel only has cameos from those characters because, again, It's FENG YIN's story. How is it the drama's fault for your expectations when they never marketed this like that? Alp wasn't a huge hit in China, though it managed to make a profit. That was part of the reason they did what they did. You guys act like it's season two. This is its own story, set in the same world. It's not a continuation.

I don't see how. They would have to be young adults in the story for it to even work. A bunch of time lines would have to change. to push this back a whole 500 years when Bai Jue has his return to make and Chasing the Moon is set. The best is to ignore that foolish mistake.

That's a really bad mistake for ALP to make when they had Shen Yin IP in their hands during this time.

If you read my other comments you would see I said stuff about antis as well. Again, you are take a tunnel vision narrative and running, but most of the hate has been from ALP fans. You said 'I didn't see any comment hating on Lu Si from ALP fan' as if it didn't happen which is false. ALP fan have been giving this drama and Lusi grief since it filing days. I remember well.

I don't remember that, but if they did do that that quite a stupid mistake for ALP to make especially when they already had the rights to Shen Yin. When Bai Ju comes back In Shen Yin, Yuan Qi is already on the verge of his own hurdles like his father and mother had.

I may dislike her, but it's rare in a story like this to have a goal-oriented FL antagonist.

This is based on a novel. I think you are confused as whole. During the the time Yuan Qi grew up under Dong Hua, Bai Jue is still dead. This is set during that time. You didn't expect Yuan Qi to stay a child for a full 500 years, did you? While Shang Gu is begging the Ancestral God. Yuan Qi is living his own life. We didn't see Yuan Qi at the end of ALP because this story is happening. We never see Yuan Qi after 500 years in ALP

This is why, as much as you guys hate Hua Shu, you have to give her props, she'll never do this for NO man!

I don't consider myself a fan of any actor but I do like Lusi. ALP is one of my favourites. It's not the mentioning; it's how. The overreaction of the name change and the insulting of the actors—an ALP fan called Lusi an overrated PORNSTAR and implied it was how she got her roles. then the the hate wave from yesterday that the rating was 7.4 at one point.

Episode 6 is the best so far then two
