As a older sister, you observe everything. It's usually the older sister who gets mistreated and younger sisters are pampered. She is so proud of saving Xu Yan from bullied at their first encounter, what about all the other times??
I get that she was a kid, but now that they are adults, she should have some sense of compassion for her younger sister. Everytime she meets her sister, she clarifies whatever Xu Yan's decision was to marry Haoming was wrong. She protects Xu Yan now, that's correct but she also has a hot head and might complicate things, that's why Xu Yan doesn't open up to anyone except her Grandma.
