There are some really great scenes and some funny moments, but honestly just watch those clips on youtube, no reason to wait 15 or 18 episodes to see 1 scene that makes you giggle. I liked the show by the end, but there was a LOT of stuff that I had to power through in the first half of the series before it finally started to get good.

I swear it's like they switched writers half way through the series, it finally starts to pick up steam and when the leads FINALLY get close and then do get together, it starts to be funny, have cute moments and I end up laughing a lot. I wish they had that level of energy for the whole series, it really would have elevated it.
I think a lot of people probably dropped the drama well before it had a chance to redeem itself. If I hadn't committed myself to finishing this I would have dropped it early on too and missed out on some of the funniest things I've ever seen in a modern c-drama. I just wish the amazing scenes weren't so few and very far between. This drama is one of those that is perfect if you want to watch clips of it on youtube, it will make you laugh but you don't have to wade through the endless hours it took to get to that one or two funny scenes.

If you haven't started I'd give this a pass, there are a lot better fluffy romcoms out there. This isn't as bad as the first few episodes make it out to be but it's definitely not a great one.

by the end of ep 13 all I can think is I wish the writers hadn't made the two main leads as emotionally stunted as they both are....it really slows down any potential for development that they have.

Totally worth it. One of the things that was different about this series is that the main lead doesn't get a rosy unrealistic sudden transformation...every character who changes throughout the series has a motivation that makes sense, like real people. It feels very authentic.

I do finally see the chemistry starting to develop between the leads by the 6th/7th episode...but I don't feel flames, more like a slow burn build up. I feel like the writers destroyed the potential of the drama by making the SML the most annoying man on earth, I really can't stand him, I actually hate him more than I hate those clingy delusional SFL types.

I originally watched then it first aired but I never got past the 4th episode because the characters were really written poorly...I'm here to give it one more try, let's see if I can keep going. The setup seems to be an opposites attract kind of deal and that she'll help him come out of his shell, but the execution of the plot seemed pretty mediocre and I didn't see real chemistry between the leads...maybe I dropped it too early on? I'll watch a few more episodes this time around and see if I can finish the series or if it's still a no go for me.

I'm with you, I really liked it in the beginning but for some reason it failed to keep me enthralled, it became a little predictable towards the end and it became more mediocre rather than spectacular. Lot was happening but it just didn't bring the emotions to the table.

It's still listed as TBA after 2 years but literally no pictures, no synopsis, no news...I think this one got canned before it got made

I really enjoyed this, perfect fluff romcom! The SFL is pretty obvious but super lowkey part of the story, she doesn't dominate the narrative or take up the all the screentime once she makes her scheme and it fails the writers get rid of her in a fairly convincing and quick way.

The FL had a one sided crush on someone who was romantically unavailable to her for a little longer than I would have liked, but once she gave up on that she warmed up to the ML very quickly. They had a LOT of hugs and kisses, it felt very natural. The parents of the FL were adorable, almost wish we got a sequel about them and how they met.

There was a little bit of obvious filler to bring in a SML for the FL and then get rid of him quickly too that probably could have been done away with as I would have liked to see the main leads relationship have a little more development, I felt the writers kind of pushed for the perfect completion of marriage and thinking about children a lot quicker than the FL character would have liked...she was just starting her career, give her a few years of dating (he's her first bf!) before rushing off to the wedding hall. But overall, super satisfied.

Thank you! I thought the same thing but didn't want to say it...this new name seems super generic compared to the other ones. I'm guessing it was a problem with another drama having too similar a name that was released in the not too distant past or something, other than that I can't come up with a reason for why they needed to change the title suddenly

Speaking about the plot, I'm going to say neither season was a particularly amazing serie...but Season 1 was better than 2 in terms of story, but season 2 was better funded and had a more coherent if a occasionally confusing driving force behind the plot.
I don't know if I would recommend this show at all, but if you've already watched Season 1, you may as well watch Season 2 if you need something to fill up the evening hours.

Something kept bothering me while watching season 2, and I finally figured it out...most of the actors looked very similar in weight and looks ie wrinkles or puffiness ect but the actor who played the ML in both seasons had some very dramatic changes in his overall facial structure in the 5 years in between shooting the two seasons. In the second season the area below his eyes were puffy the entire season, indicating a lot of work and not enough rest. Cosmetically, his jaw and lips both were noticeably altered with either filler, surgery, bad makeup or some combination of all three. It wasn't a HUGE difference, but it was noticeable enough to keep sticking out especially when his co-stars (those who worked both seasons) didn't drastically change during the same time frame.
I feel a little shallow pointing it out, but it was something that for some reason kept annoying me and I couldn't figure out what it was for the longest time, it just kept poking me in the back of my mind and distracting me from the plot.

To really confuse everyone? I can't even figure out why they would change the name just days before airing, considering we all were hyped on it and following new about it with the old name. I was confused, but thank goodness I figured it out before it started airing or I would have missed the first episode!

Me too! I had it bookmarked under the original name and was super confused to find it's now a different name...especially when we are getting soooo close to it finally being released!

So Kim Dong Wook is going to have two dramas airing at the same time? I've been waiting for My Perfect Stranger (previously titled " Run into You") to air as it kept getting pushed back and pushed back...I think the release was delayed over a year from the original announcement.

He's very quickly winning my heart with his roles he's done so far. I can't wait to see more of him in the coming years!

I love watching young actors who keep going after they do teen or child roles. A lot of times they'll move on to a new career path after growing up, so the amount that stick with it in adulthood isn't a lot...to see him continue acting and be so successful in his adult roles makes me so proud of him!
