this is such a refreshing pace for a drama!!!! the villains did their stuff and everything was revealed now we get to see them fight back and rebuild their trust/relationship while doing so
the underground shooting (?) storyline was overkill and did not fit the rest of the movie's theme at all (or setting for that matter, i know damn well shit like this doesn't happen in belgium), literally what the hell were they thinking??? the romance and both of them learning to accept their mothers deaths paired with the struggle of immigrating to an unkown country were enough to make an interesting movie, so i really don't get why they decided to add that whole mess... i will say though that last line moved my heart a little
i usually enjoy a little romance in my business thriller psychological dramas, but this one here is rlly bad.... it also doesn't help that fl has zero chemistry with both of the male leads and is stiff af
will still be watching for junyoung and jaewook though bc they absolutely killed these first two episodes!!!!!!
i loved moon sangmin in under the queen's umbrella and this just cemented it!! he's a great actor!! first two episodes were fun although ep 2 had some mid pacing i overall liked it, will def be tuning in for the rest
We know that Eun gyeol is a time traveller, we also know that Yi chan and Cheong ah are supposed to get together…
she also said she came here to die, which made me think maybe she wants her mom to not get married to her dad and that's why she's after yi chan? but what puzzles me then is that eun gyeol traveled in his own body, so that would mean that se kyeongs daughter also traveled in her own body, and so whatever she's planning doesn't actually impact her mother's future (since she would logically still be in the us)?
idk, i'm very confused still but that's the only reason i could put together for her acting this way
cute... but this does not work as a strong woman do bong-soon sequel/spin-off like why would they just completely disregard all the established rules from the og?
so eungyeol's dad actually lost his hearing somewhere along the timeline, possibly due to some music/band accident? since that's a big focus of the show? idk, but i'm curious to find out
