No, it isn't banned..we don't know for sure, but it seems to be because of an important political meeting happening in the next couple of weeks. So they might want to be low profile for the time being, and wait until that is over.
As I said, this is all speculation, for now.
Hopefully it's true and we will be able to see the rest of the episodes maybe at the end of March ^^
