Ohh yeah I feel the same way. There’s a case of episodic format done right though for example in The Guest. The new characters’ stories are related in a way that is significant to the main storyline

That’s so spot onnnn! Istg i hated onjo so much she’d probably better off dead in the first round. I don’t know what’s with the out of place romance crap anyway. The shows like Kingdom and Sweet Home have proven that romance is not a necessity in order to be successful on the market. They must be up to something? Maybe they’re trying shove it to our face that the characters are just a bunch of stupid teenagers? That it's sooooo much different from the other zombie shows and that it has the unique factor? But it’s just dumb. Sorry for dumping all this on you this is the first time someone watched it and UNDERSTANDS. Lmao

Gen’s family interactions are so wholesome, Kuenchai is so adorable. I get touched every time someone even says a word of advice 😂. And they’re not pretentious at all. I couldn’t be more glad that I jumped straight into a new series without going into research prior. The only thing I don’t really like tho is their style choices.

Oh yeah I was bingeing up to ep 9 and had to wait a few hours for 10 so I already had a bit of a taste 😩 now, that was torturing so I wonder how I could survive 5 days… that’s how many hours ðŸ«
