I've been waiting for 7Seeds to finish ever sense I finished Basara! ^.^ I love her style and her writing, so I was excited to read more of her work, but I read through them so fast that an uncompleted manga never works out well. XD Thank you for the recommendation though! I had forgotten about it!

Yes! I put my comment up before I scrolled through, but I agree 100%! I don't know why they haven't done this yet. It would be an epic drama.

I agree with most of these, except maybe Fruit Baskets, and that's only because I think it would be better to use CG in a drama with it, if it was done well. I think I'd just end up giggling if they used real animals. XD

I really really want to see Basara as a drama! Omo, it would be epic! If there are any manga lovers that haven't read it, do so. :P It's amazing.

Also, Tokyo Crazy Paradise as a drama!! Gah! It would be so darn awesome!! I'm getting all excited for no reason. Obviously I have no way to make this happen, but if I did, these two would be the first ones for me. <3

I agree!!! It would be such a good drama too! I love music dramas, and this manga definitely has enough angst/hero scenes to fit into a good drama. Not to mention it would be perfect for some good idol actors.

GAH! That's freaking horrible!! I'm sorry you wasted so much time on it! I never expected that either, and while I'm not as adamantly against that kind of pairing as you are, I really really don't prefer it. There's just something inherently wrong with it. :/ Ugh, it is a bummer it turned out that way! >.<
I hope that whatever you start next won't turn out to be a disappointment like that again!! I hate getting invested in a drama only to find out it was all leading up to something I can't stand or takes a nose dive off the deep end into a direction I never wanted it to go. (I think I kind of get your anger because that's how I felt with BOF, or BBF.)
It's also kind of ironic that it turned out to be that teacher you were talking about earlier. Just from your description, I never saw that coming either.

I did get the green light on the ending for lljimae. She said it wasn't really a romantic ending, but was nice and logical for the characters, which kind of fits the genre of the drama anyways, so I think I'll enjoy it even if I usually like romantic endings. As long as it's not tragic. And I read the same thing about The Moon That Embraces The Sun! That's why I've been staying away from it, because I don't need the tragedy, but I should ask if it ends the same way. (I love Shakespeare, but I hated Romeo and Juliette, mostly because they were just stupid kids that had just met. I mean, the love was great to think about, but logically they really didn't even know each other.) So I think I'll have to find out if it has a sad ending.

I call my boyfriend Oppa, and after about a month of it, he gave up trying to stop me! Just stay persistent with it and he'll give up sooner or later. XD

Something like that happened to me a little while ago while watching an HBO movie, (And you know how HBO does sex scenes) and I almost had a heart attack before the same realization you have hit me, and I remembered it was normal to see that and I never got embarrassed before. And Chris held my hand the other day, and I blushed to my toes because I was in the middle of watching Panda and Hedgehog, and their romance was so innocent that it just passed on to me. XD haha Our poor boys. :P

And now Idk if I like YSY's character yet, so I'm still just giving it a shot because I like the two male leads and it's too early to pass a judgement. I'm on episode 8, so there's room for improvement.

And I agree with you about Pan da!!! She got on my nerves really bad for a few episodes. She was ridiculously annoying on that date, I even skipped some of it because of just how bitchy she was to him. And then she suddenly switches back into her cute innocent character. It could have been a lot better, and I love baking (Cakes and goodies like that! I love decorating a cake, it's one of the most relaxing things out there I tell you) so it held my interest a lot because of that and because of Hedgehogs face. XD haha

Thank you for the good luck! I hope I'll get into it too, and I'll let you know how it goes for sure! And I'd suggest stating away from Hong Gil Dong because I was told the ending is tragic by azndrama who suggested lljimae to me, because I told her I wouldn't watch one with a sad ending. XD

Haha I'm actually getting a kick out of how much you hate his eyebrows! I hated Lee Min Ho's character in BBF so damn much! >.< Idk what it is about that drama that just makes me a step away from a blind rage. I just hate it so much, and I'm so tired of everyone acting like it's a drama from the gods, because it's not. It was horrible and should have never happened, or if it did happen, it should have been done better damn it. Ji Hoon should have gotten the girl and that's all there is to it. *Breathes* >.> I apologize. I even thought about deleting the above illogical rant, but decided against it. haha I'll have to take a look at I am Sam though, because I think i'd like to see his cameo/mini appearance.

I'm not too sure what I think of Baker King right now. The first 6 episodes were ok story-line wise, but I ended up stopping in the middle of episode three and just reading screen caps until the adult actors came in (AKA YSY) because I couldn't handle the HEAVY accents the mom and son had. Drove me up the wall. It was so heavy even I caught the difference, so I think you'd have a hard time with it too...

I can really relate to some of these. Sometimes when I'm watching them eat really good looking ramen, it'll stay in my mind when I go shopping later, and I'll end up with a cabinet full of the stuff. XD I also bow and say Korean phrases sometimes, but for me it's truly unconsciously done because I just know the kind of looks I'll get afterwards. haha The other ones I don't do so much, at least not out of my drama addiction. I know how to use chopsticks though! I learned that even before I knew Asian dramas existed. Awesome article! It's a relief to know us addicts can all relate! :D
I think if I added something, it would be becoming so used to the lack of public displays of affection (PDA for short) that I'm almost scandalized now when I see people kissing passionately in public before I remind myself I'm not in Japan or Korea and it's fairly common here. XD

I'm going to be starting lljimae after I finish Baker King, but I watch them really fast, so I'll be working through your recommendations soon! :D I don't think I'll watch Hong Gil Dong though. I heard it has a tragic ending, and I'm way too much of a baby to handle sad endings. I don't mind a drama/movie with tragedy in it, or with a semi open/ realistic ending, but I don't enjoy sad endings. Not unless it's really really worth it. haha
I don't know what else to recommend this time, but I'll keep up to date with your list and your recent dramas, and after I finish a few of your recommended dramas and get a feel of what you enjoy most, I'll make more recommendations! ^.^

I just actually started Baker Kind (For real this time) and while I'm only on the first episode, it's pretty interesting. I'm doing it mostly out of curiosity and a YSY fix, but we'll see how it goes. XD I finished Panda Hedgehog, which I thought was just adorable!!! haha It wasn't a great drama by any means, but super cute and worth the watch. <3 Then I am going to start lljimae off of azndrama's recommendation. And Yes, I do think it's his cheekbones that play a major part in it now that you mention it! That's what makes his eyes and lips look that way!
I've never seen TOP in anything, so I don't know about his eyebrows, but I take your word for it! Are they too bushy or too pronounced? How's I Am Sam going so far? Is Lee Min Ho the bad guy? And why isn't I Am Sam on his actor's profile page? And I get what you mean by a character trying to come off as naive and innocent, but just ending up coming off as mentally handicapped.

Yes, the ending of TTBY always seems so rushed, but that's kind of how the manga did it too. Just to have a nicely wrapped up ending. It could have been expanded on, and I do think that a drama like TTBY that made everything a little more realistic could have been the one to expand on it, but they let the opportunity go.

I think people are confusing dramas, because Heirs hasn't started airing yet. It starts airing October 13th. So those of you freaking out and thinking you missed the Lee Min Ho bus, don't worry, the real Heirs hasn't even started yet. I have no idea what people are confusing it with, but it's not Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye. I do think the re-casting of Choi Jin Hyuk was an awesome choice though. ^.^

I think the dramas I love that I see missing from your list are Can You Hear My Heart, King 2 Hearts, and Missing You. OH! And the only real sageuk I've watched, Sungkyunkwan Scandal. XD

If there are any historical dramas you think are good to watch when you're starting that genre, I'd love some recommendations! I'm going to be starting Iljimae next, but I'm at a loss for what to see after that. ^.^

I love meeting people on this site! Since no one around me watches dramas, it's nice to have a refuge with interesting people to babble with, and for the most part everyone really nice, or at least polite.

I usually prefer a romantic ending, but as long as it's well thought out and executed, I'll probably enjoy it. ^.^ And you saying it's a yummy character makes me all the more curious! I'm in the mood for intelligent fluff and rainbows, but I think I'll watch lljimae after that!
