Don't know if it's the same 'cause I didn't watch this drama, but you can try Deadman Wonderla or Elfen Lied, they're really good and I personally loved them (they're both anime).
No, it has its sad and dark moments, but overall it's really cute and both the main and secondary couple are beautiful. Personally, I absolutely loved it.~

I'm just assuming things.😂 In fact, we don't know what exactly happened after that scene, we don't even know how bad was his injury or what happened in all that time passed before the last scene. We don't even really know what happened to all the others people in the apartament.. I'm just saying that it can be like what you're saying, but he can also survive and bring us to last scene. I think it's more like an "open ending", so we can all draw our own conclusion. Let's just say that a special ep clarifying alla of this, would be better.

Maybe the shot didn't take any vital point. In the first episode they say that the infected cannot feel any pain and that they heal very quickly. Maybe he fainted just for the blood loss, and not for the effective injury. Keep present that the final scene takes place a year after that moment. So it can easily be. I agree that they could do better with the ending, but it's totally possible that he didn't die.
I started this drama without any interest in it. Usually I don't like this type of things, and when I read the plot I said "nah, it's boring, I'm not interested" Then I tried to watch the first ep, and honestly I don't know why, but I fell in love. I don't know what's the reason. Like I said, I don't like these type of dramas. I started it because of Park Hyung Sik, I wanted to give it a try just because of him. And I don't regret it.
Let me tell you one thing that I absolutely loved about this drama: Sae Bom and Yi Yun. God, seriously, since when I started watching BL's like a year ago, it's really hard for me to fall in love with heterosexual couples, but with these two, happened. They were perfect. Their chemistry, their eyes every time they looked at each other, it was all perfect. I know that I'm saying just random things and that maybe no one will really understand what I'm trying to say, but I suck on writing long messages, and most of all, I'm italian, so write long messages not in my lenguage is even more harder.😂
All of this, just to tell you that this is the best not BL drama that I watched this year (as if I watched other non BL's dramas this year... 😂) The only negative thing that I can say is that like many others, I think that in the end there's something missing. I just don't know what it is. But at least, we have our happy ending.❤️ SaeHyun will stay always in my heart.❤️
When I first tried to watch it, like a month ago, I dropped it at the first ep, just because I didn't like Leo and Fiat and I didn't see chimestry between them. I found them boring.
Two days ago I didn't know what BL to watch, and so I decided to give another chance to this and... Do you know what? THEY'RE ONE OF THE CUTEST COUPLE THAT I EVER SEEN IN A BL. Okay, I said it.
I loved them so much that I can't even explain how I felt while watching them. I smiled every single time they were hugging or kissing.
I'm happy that I choose to give this drama another opportunity, I didn't regret it, and I'll never will.
And do you know what? I think I'll rewatch it again.
Edit: I'm on my third rewatch, after I saw all the specials in My Mind Y youtube channel.

I didn't watch it either, so honestly I don't know. But from the ep 1 teaser that I saw and the fact that they're juat 7 eps, I assume that they'll get 1 ep each.
