I have known it is Nine Heavens ever since i saw the characters for it, but thought its obvious lol.

Some trivia on the Jiumin name. In the novel (Chinese version), the the caracters for the name Juimin are 九旻(Jiǔ mín), the min caracter here is also written as 民(Mín) in brackets to indicate how it is read. The character 民 's translation is civil, people. In the continuing explanation, it is said that juimin means 无上九天 ( Wú shàng jiǔtiān) which is " Supreme Nine heavens". The character 天 's meaning here is "Heaven".

On probably monday or tuesday we will get it lol. Else in the novel he was fed demonic core pill that turned him into demonic/heretic cultivatior with no memories of before he was stuffed the pill. He kept part of his consciousness for a short time in the beginning and when he lost it he went berserk as a demonic cultivator. He wielded the demon god sword to kill immortals for some time, till he was saved (demonic cultivator stuff were removed) and imprisoned, even had his cultivation destroyed so he becomes like a mortal. He was saved in the end. But it was nasty for him when he regained his consciousness and had memories of what he did and who he slayed. He felt super guilty, even wanted to die in that jail probably.

He will have it hard for some time. I am glad they included that part from the novel as well. It was quite good, cuz his character was always rightfull and honourable.

I'd say get ready for what is cooked for him. Man will be miserable 🤧🤧

Well maybe you have not come across the concept of demons and mortals cultuvating to become immortals? Becoming immortal is cultivating for 1000 years for demons, while humans can attain that immortality with either 10 lifes of suffering and immortality in the 10 life, or in other xianxia's its heroic deeds that grant them immortality. Also what you are confused about is actual Gods that live in Penglai (existence like Ming Ye and the 12 Gods for example) and immortals in the middle court. While Penglai is way up in the sky, the middle court is usually half way there, on top of really high mountain peaks for example as we have seen with Xiaoyao sect and Hengyuan Sect. If you noticed in Ming Ye arc Shangqing is build on top of a pillar way up in the sky, kinda like the Heavenly palace in Penglai.

They are needed to move the plotline, ughh im getting the annoying itch when i think of the whole engagement sh*t and the future misunderstandings...
