I never said you have to read the webtoon to understand the plot of the kdrama I was taking about the original intent of the story. All i said was the drama cut out a lot of their interactions that made their connection make sense

The webtoon basically had the same explanation. i.e he made her feel normal and that was something she needed. The age gap was not much of an issue on the webtoon probably because they explained it through ///she remembers her past but not in the sense of I'm was that person//// I think a lot of people are thinking that she considers herself to be the same person as her past lives when in reality (webtoon) she sees herself as a new person who just happens to remember her past.

The webtoon explains her deep connection to Seoha better. The drama only has 12 eps so they cut out a lot of their interactions. The main reason is because he made her feel normal and that was something she had never experienced before

right I am very confused because the last few months worth of relesed and now completed k dramas were pretty awful

doesn't she look awkward because she is in an awkward position she is pretending to be an eunuch when she has never really interacted with one and has to tip toe around getting caught by people other than the ml

I find it interesting how the comment section is full of disappointment. It is like people are expecting a rom com when this is more detective mystery so that is why it is slow

No I saw the love line I said " there is barely any romance" not that there was no romance... The majority of the drama was not romantic

The genre is so popular in books so I am a little annoyed that now they are being adapted (not that they are bad or adaptations are bad) but I want more original dramas

I think the directing is a little choppy so the acting is goiing to look bad even if it is alright.

the drama looks like it will be a romcom but i don't recall seeing romance in the original novel.

The novel/webtoon is really funny it is a comedy so you should check that out at least. (if you are intrigued.)
