That's what I like best about him. All everyone sees when they look at young woo is the autism but he sees all…
I disagree about him being open minded in fact I think he behaves like this because she is autistic and he thinks she is receiving an unfair advantage. ( on top of being good at law) As someone with disabilities you see these types of people often and their main argument point is that it is unfair that you (person with disabilities) gets some type of assistance while them (abled person) does not. It is just bigotry
You've been missing for years? I mean that's all we've been served for years now. What dramas are you watching?…
(kinda wrote a lot teehee but these are my thoughts on his character based off of the little time he has appeared. Hope this does not come off as aggressive. ) JH so far seems to have a nice guy mask. You can clearly see that he is kind of a pushover in general and he does not want to cause people any discomfort. (His first appearance in the show he kept receiving gifts yet for some reason did not ask people to stop. This seems like a important clue to his character. because there clearly is something blocking him from telling people to leave him alone. idk what that is but I can assume it is because he 1. does not want to hurt peoples feelings or 2. he does not care that much about them to explain himself) I would not classify his character as a "nice guy" but as a person who comes off as nice because he does not seem to know how to set boundaries with other people. (Again we saw this when Choi told him that if he really wanted to be helpful to WYW he would set a boundary with her.) In general I feel like he has a lot of flaws and a lot of viewers are used to having the flaws pointed out to them. He is a type of person (based on these eps) that seems to try to help people when it looks like they are struggling (which is nice) but I also can see the issues with his behavior on a broader scale. So far his relationship with WYW has been really nice because he is considerate but I think that level of awareness comes from having a crush.
It made me so mad when his colleague chastised him the way he did. It's obviously a tough situation to be in,…
I agree that is probably why he does not have any junior attorneys under his wing. He does not seem like the type of person who can help new employees grow without getting really angry at them when things go wrong.
I ship Jung with a pay raise cause he is working hard and shouldering all the blame for his junior attorneys😂. (A mother duck because the junior attorneys cant stay with him for too long)
I really love MS & YW relationship. Mentor-Mentee tropes in dramas are my favorite especially when it’s not…
I agree with you it is nice to see a boss who actually cares for his employees and is invested in seeing them succeed. (I really enjoyed his scenes in ep 6 because it showed how he cares about his subordinates and is not only invested in making money. He reminds me of a mother duck 😂)
First & Foremost this drama is about YW & the law cases. JH doesn’t have a backstory but that doesn’t mean…
Also to add to what you are saying there are only 6 episodes. There is a possibility of being able to see a bit into his world later and at a more appropriate time. like you said I don't really think we need to absolute know everything about him to understand his character.
A comment about JH and YW's relationship etc. Jung is just a mentor he does not try to get to know her better and just wants her to do her job properly. I really can not even imagine a romantic root between them because there is nothing romantic about their relationship. (part of me wonders if you all would be saying this if Jung was a female mentor instead of a male one. If yes then so be it but if no then it makes me wonder if part of the need to have Jung as a romantic lead is because you all want her to be dependent on someone. this could be me overthinking though). If we are going to be looking at other people who could match Woo instead of JH (which I cant think of) then wouldn't that be Sooyeon's character or her other bestie instead of her mentor. They both are aware of her preferences don't try to cross boundaries with her and respect her autonomy. Personally i would prefer her with JH because he is putting in an effort to understand WYW. He is a nice person but he clearly in not perfect and seems to understand that he will not fully be able to see the world through her lens but he is open to finding out. (As someone who is ND I think that is the most important part of having a relationship with a NT person. That they want to try to understand a bit more even if they know they wont ever be able to see the world like you do.)
He meant Naksu. He said a great soul has shifted into Mu-Deok's body. But Mu-Deok's soul definitely is still there…
that would explain the name of the show cause alchemy is basically transforming something into a new being or object "process of transformation, creation, or combination" according to google So them merging would be a cool theory
