in the 'cant enough of wangxian discussion thread you can find a few recommendations. I posted a few omegaverse ones. but if you are not familiar with BL (like me) I wouldnt start with the omegaverse/male pregnancies ones. I only got used to those after reading 50 stories orso.now I love them

please check those FFs on AO3. I posted in the discussion thread 'cant get enough of wangxian a few omegaverse ones. One made me cry sooo hard. I also avoid other pairings. LZ and WY should always be together. in any universe

Lotus in the palace is a very good one too. The modern ones are so fluffy and melts my heart too. toothrottingly sweet. Aaaaah... I will never get over MDZS Im afraid...

Have you tried the 8,000 fanfic stories on Archives of our Own (or 5,000 English stories). They are soooo good. Use the filter and you find paradise. From modern settings to omagverse and palace dramas (with of course LZ being the emperor) and WY his empress or consort. From theethrotting fluff to heartwrenching angst that made me cry the whole night. It's even more addictive than the original drama. Some stories are short, but a lot are few hundred pages.

OMG... please let us know if there are extra scenes!! I don't understand any Korean except for oppa and unni, but I'll certainly watch!!

Like a lot of you here I can't over this beautiful love story. Worst, my addiction only got worse after discovering the over 5,000 English Fanfiction stories on Archive of our Own (Wattpad also has many, but AO3 is truly the best).

I highly recommend anyone who loves to read about alternative endings/universe, fluffy scenes and moments. AO3 is somewhat difficult and doesn't have a fancy/user friendly look if you are not familiar with this platform. But, trust me... it's so worth it!
Use the filters and you will find paradise. Some stories are over few hundred pages, whole novels have been written. Also the first time I learned about omegaverse (and male pregnancies). Some stories are so angsty and made me cry for days (or made me read the whole night). Any universe that has this couple in it, is so beautiful.

i totally love how much thought the production team has put in these details. they had such small budget to begin with. all more reason to love this drama more.
The best pairing ever. and Im even not a BL fan in general. I dont feel any urge to read or watch BL even after the Untamed. Just fell so much in love with LZ and WY. to the extent my hubby is shaking his head every day hihihi.

This drama has soooo many hidden, subtle hints. Also explained in this video... the calming song that LZ plays for WY. Its an actual song called ‘you still dont understand my heart’. Its so touching. The song is beautiful and fitting.

i can highly recommend the audio drama after finishing the novel!! Its such a joy and hearing WYs voice actor saying all these things which could not be said out loud in the untamed... Or LZs actions... Aaaaaah... its almost as good as lifting the censorship imposed on the live action.

thank you! do you know where to find them (preferably free). I understand mandarin but cant read chinese. I have a very hard time finding raws online. waiting for subs is such a pain. thats why I waited till the untamed was finished before I binged.

Does anyone know how many eps the audio drama season 3 has? Its the final season and I wonder if it has finished airing yet. I love the audio drama soooo much. Its exactly like the novel. So much more romance. I really wish one day there is no longer censorship in china for these kind of dramas.

so beautifully summarized and explained! After I finished the 1st time it was LZ's actions and love that made me love their love story so much. such heart break! Only after the 2nd time watching I saw how incredibly irresistable WY is too. They make the perfect couple

Im obsessed now too!! he got punished after he returned to gusu lan but it was so worth it. I LOVE that LZ falls so hard in love. these type of guys are every girls fantasy. He has decided on WY as his life partner all other ( gender, reputation, family, clan) no longer matters
