Those who are complaining about the ending due the weird rule of censorship in China they had to cut 50 episodes down to 40. As exepcted they had to cut so many scenes to fit it in 40 episodes. Alone in the episode 40, they had to cut do many scenes that would have tied loose ends. Scenes with father-daughter meeting, YQU & PR meeting as red fox, everyone knows TTJ's sacrifice etc.. All those scenes were cut due to that idiotic rule. Blame the govt. censorship.
Just read the novel script aftermath of YXU's jump from the tower. It was so so painful and angst galore 😢 I'm honestly dreading to watch the future episodes. Though I guess they will remove most of the torture scenes but still reading it makes my heart hurt so much 💔 I was yelling and cursing YBC 🤬

In the novel there was a b**** scene in that car. As expected they removed it. They had cut that scene abruptly.
In Episode 15 that painting studio scene also they have cut the scene I guess. But the cinematography in that scene is breathtaking. That lighting made their silhouettes ethereal and gorgeous. Just like a painting. And that holding hands painting is absolutely masterpiece. ❤️🔥
