I’m sorry but the overabundance of primary colors is driving me mad. I can appreciate what they were going for…
You literally answered your own complaint. If it’s a sensory overload thing for you, then it’s your personal reaction, not a flaw in the show.
The colors are clearly intentional and tied to the teacher setting and the themes, so calling it ‘juvenile weirdness’ just because it makes you uncomfortable doesn’t really hold up.
And expecting a story that includes teachers and age regression to avoid childlike elements is kind of contradictory.
It just sounds like the tone and visuals aren’t for you, which is fine, but that doesn’t make it a problem with the show.

Three episodes have already passed...And it's supposed to be a comedy, and the humour isn't even specifically…
Not finding the humor funny is fine, but the rest of this reads like you’re deliberately exaggerating to make a point. That whole description of the kiss scene sounds more like a dramatic rewrite than what was actually shown. At that point it stops being critique and starts being projection.
Close-up shots are a standard directing choice for intimate scenes, so acting like it’s some bizarre mistake just makes this feel nitpicky.
If it didn’t work for you, just say that. You don’t need to turn it into something ‘obviously fake’ to justify your opinion.

I have noticed a pattern in how Love You Teacher episodes end. They always show Pobmek and Solar together at the end of every episode. Like episode one ended with them hugging, episode two holding hands abd episode three them cuddling. It feels like no matter what they go through, they will keep moving forward side by side holding hand.

I do find it bizarre that the mother took this long to visit and then didn't even spend any time with her son
It’ll make more sense later, there’s context behind her behavior that hasn’t been fully revealed yet

Is this original script or there is a novel its based on?
Novel exists, (GMMTV tie-in, Vol 1-2 Thai edition). Script is original, written by director for his 1st BL project. Novel released as promo/merch after series announcement.

Legal contracts aren't a shield for dishonest marketing. They failed in Transparency. GMMTV promoted Love You…
I think this is where we’re going in circles. You’re explaining patterns you’ve noticed, and I’m talking about why this specific situation is a problem. Both can exist at the same time.
Just because GMMTV has always lacked transparency doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be called out, especially when the scale is bigger now. Love You Teacher had massive global hype, international fan investment, and worldwide trending, so naturally expectations are higher than in past cases like Friendshit Forever.
And I understand your point about contracts and ‘hitting them where it hurts,’ but that doesn’t change the fact that poor communication and accessibility are part of the issue. Fans pointing that out isn’t unrealistic, it’s feedback on how the rollout is affecting the series and its reach.
At the end of the day, you’re looking at this from a pattern and business perspective, while I’m speaking from the fan experience in real time. That’s why we’re not fully agreeing, and that’s fine. I don’t think there’s anything more to add here.

Legal contracts aren't a shield for dishonest marketing. They failed in Transparency. GMMTV promoted Love You…
At this point you’re just repeating the same ‘it’s a contract or it’s just business’ point while ignoring what I’ve been saying from the start. No one is asking GMMTV to magically break contracts. We’re calling out the lack of transparency before the deal was executed and the way they marketed the series globally without informing that same global audience where to watch.
You keep framing this as entitlement when it’s really about accountability. If a company uses international fans to generate 12.5M+ views, trends worldwide, sells expensive overseas fancons, and then provides no clear legal access for a large portion of those same fans, people are obviously going to call that out. That’s not unrealistic. That’s basic consumer expectation.
And respectfully, you keep saying you’re ‘not part of the fandom’ and are ‘just observing,’ but then continue writing paragraphs explaining why fans should accept the situation. That’s exactly why it comes across as dismissive. You’re not the one affected, so of course it looks reasonable from your side.
We can agree GMMTV prioritizes money. That’s obvious. The difference is that fans are pointing out how their decisions are hurting the series’ reach and the artists’ momentum, not just complaining for the sake of it. If you already agree their marketing is poor and inconsistent, then you already understand the core issue.
And let’s stop pretending this is just ‘international fans being entitled.’ Even Thai viewers are complaining. When people inside Thailand are saying OneD isn’t convenient, that already tells you the issue isn’t the fans, it’s the system. If both local and international audiences are frustrated, then this isn’t about fans needing to adjust. It’s a distribution strategy that’s failing across the board.
At that point, defending it as ‘just business’ doesn’t make sense anymore. Good business actually makes your content accessible, not harder to watch.
At this point, there’s nothing more to debate. We just see it from different positions.

Legal contracts aren't a shield for dishonest marketing. They failed in Transparency. GMMTV promoted Love You…
Wrong premise, GMM25/OneD posters always list international platforms when they exist or matter(ex: We Are listed Viki on original promo materials). LYT poster has ZERO Viki logo = GMMTV knows it's irrelevant for 90% of global fans.
Cat For Cash/Only Friends had YouTube globally available since day 1. LYT geo-blocks 90% of countries while barely promoting Viki.
Your "figure it out yourself" logic ignores that's exactly why casual viewers drop off and pirates win.

what license agreement are you talking about? where did you get this information from? then why wasn’t the app where the series with the license agreement would air listed on the poster? even in places where viki is accessible, the geo-block is still on! this has nothing to do with that!

Honestly… why are you so invested in telling us how to feel? You clearly haven’t lived the fandom experience for Love You Teacher. We’re the ones buying VIP fancon tickets ($288 USD in Singapore, 8,800 TWD in Taipei), spending hours trending, editing, hyping, posting content, and supporting Perth and Santa globally while you sit here lecturing us about ‘legal rights’ and comparing this to Girl Rules on iQIYI, as if we care. Completely irrelevant.Geo-blocking ≈ sabotage: ~90% of countries can’t legally watch LYT episodes. Viki doesn’t have bl option open in many countries. You can’t use YouTube to build record-breaking hype (12.5M trailer views, #1 trending worldwide and Thailand) and then lock out the very audience that made it happen. That’s not ‘just business,’ that’s deceptive marketing. One TikTok post for Ep 2, wrong keywords, and stacked brand events on Saturdays while actors are busy, contrast that with other shows airing Sunday that get full BTS and reaction content. This isn’t oversight; it’s actively undermining the series and the fandom.International fans are not irrelevant, We’re the ones funding your global expansion. Charging luxury prices internationally and then ignoring us with blocked content, no transparent streaming info, and minimal marketing is peak tone-deaf. PerthSanta, the director and production team are posting, replying, and hyping the series, while GMMTV lets casual viewers starve for content and forces actors to apologize for helplessness in China ( for not being able to help in trend) That’s mismanagement layered on exploitation.Clout-chasing while locking fans out, They brag about trending in the US, Germany, Italy… countries whose fans literally can’t watch the series. You can’t call it worldwide success while intentionally locking the door.
Stop pretending this is about legality or business sense. We aren’t whining,we’re pointing out that GMMTV is wasting hype, blocking fans, mismanaging promotion, and actively sabotaging one of their biggest hits. If you think this is ‘just business,’ maybe step into our shoes for one episode. #UnblockLYT

I'm seeing fans on X trending how they want GMMTV to remove the geoblock on YouTube, and while I do get where…
Legal contracts aren't a shield for dishonest marketing. They failed in Transparency. GMMTV promoted Love You Teacher as a YouTube/oneD release. They used the global community to secure a record-breaking 12.5M trailer views. To 'surprise' fans with a Viki block only after Ep 1 dropped is a bait-and-switch. If Viki was the sole distributor, it should have been on the posters from day one. GMMTV is still posting graphics bragging about trending in the US, Italy, and Germany. It’s peak hypocrisy to use those countries to impress sponsors while those same fans are staring at a 'Video Unavailable' screen. You can't claim a 'Worldwide' success when you’ve locked the door on 90% of the world. This isn't just a block; it's sabotage.

In my opinion Could be that since they did a CT scan and not an MRI it wouldn’t show up and also maybe his switch doesn’t show up as a physical change within his brain like within the membranes or soft tissue or nerves. I think in the emergency dept, the main focus is immediate dangers like brain bleeds etc. so the doctor wouldn’t think to question Solar about his mental state because he doesn’t have a previous history of mental health issues and usually a psychiatrist wouldn’t see patients in the emergency department unless necessary. It also seemed like Sun didn’t really talk much because he was obviously confused so the doctor may not have picked up the change in attitude like Pobmek did.

The childishness worked better before he did cosmetic surgery, he doesn't really look like the perpetual child…
Ah yes, nothing screams “fulfilled life” quite like dissecting someone’s face, career, and genre trends like you’re the final boss of BL criticism. Fascinating how someone can write so much and still say absolutely nothing of value, just bitterness dressed up as insight.

The actor in question is out there evolving, getting roles, and doing what he loves while you’re tucked behind a keyboard mourning the loss of his “perpetual child” aesthetic like it's some personal tragedy. Newsflash: he's not here to be your fantasy doll. He’s a working professional, not a character for you to mold with your tired Earth/Fluke comparisons.

And as for BL “turning into Ao3”you say that like it’s a bad thing. If you can’t handle genre evolution or fan-driven creativity, maybe it’s not the genre that’s regressing. Maybe it’s you.

But sure, keep writing your snarky little paragraphs like they’re gospel. Just know that from the outside, it reads less like critique and more like projection from someone who hasn’t been relevant to any fandom or community since LiveJournal shut down.

then why comment in the first place have some respect for the cast
Fascinating how much energy you invest in something you claim to dislike. Obsession disguised as criticism is still obsession and honestly, it’s giving fan behavior. Maybe the real issue isn’t the script or the couple… maybe it’s that you need something in your life that isn’t built on bitterness. But hey, thanks for the engagement, the algorithm loves it.

I don't like this couple and I don't like this script about infantilizing grown men. Santa's face is plastered…
Bold of you to talk about “monotonous” when your entire comment is just recycled hate, which is even more funny is how you complain about acting when the only performance here is you dragging people you don’t even watch. If you dislike the couple, the script, and the actors… maybe just stop watching instead of writing essays no one asked for.Imagine criticizing “plastic” while being this fake online.
