To think that he was never planning to be an actor to begin with! But then, maybe he was fated to be one...
I am thinking of the same thing. I always want more good people to spread good vibes on the media. Here is one that is not only witty, smart, funny, down to earth, easy going but has a good heart, considerate, respectful, has integrity, saves people instead of harming them. Yup, we want more of them to come out to be good role models for our younger generations. More please!

How did you get those information?
I wonder if they cried because they are done with the drama?

I have been comparing the BTS of JDY's past dramas. It seems he grew a lot as an actor. He seems to grow more and more comfortable in front of the camera, and more and more comfortable with his co-stars. He changed from a reserved, shy, geeky type of person to become the life of the party, cracking jokes and goofing around on the set. In this drama, it is very obvious that he is the mood setter, while KSH also complements him very well as a partner. I can see he takes initiation to take care of other people and doing a good job at it too. In this drama, he has opportunity to showcase a wide array of emotions and play different roles. It is just AMAZING how he matures so much as an actor in merely 4 years time!

Yes I like to see the BTS too. I wonder how they cry and joke around at the same time:)
That bed scene BTS was sure chaotic! It is very interesting to see how the whole team work together like that!

I think I finally found my K-actor crush in the form of Jang Dong Yoon ❤ >.
How did you make your choice? It sounds like a big decision!

Title The Tale of Nokdu Spoiler
I personally don’t think Nokdu would support Yul Mu to be the new king. Nokdu witnessed first hand how Yul Mu killed the innocent women in the widows village. He joined the coup just so that people would know that he is the direct heir of the throne.

I am at episode 11 and I am a bit confused someone please answer this
Besides, what kind of sense or reasoning can one expect from someone who suffers from insomnia for 20 years?

why does a king not want a child that will be king??? isnt that the whole ruling system? to give birth to a boy…
As stupid as the plot sounds, unfortunately I did come across some fathers who were competitive or jealous of their own children. This one father that I knew always told his son that the son could never be better than the father was. I don’t know what else he did. Eventually his grown son committed suicide. It would be good if every parents tells their children that “My ceiling is your floor”!

Title The Tale of Nokdu Spoiler
Who posted the announcement that the King tried to kill his own son, and the son is still alive? Now that Nokdu showed his face, people now know he is the direct heir to the throne, not Yul Mu. Who will the people accept as the new king? The cruel Yul Mu or the heroic and good hearted Nokdu?

What’s the name of that drama
I don't think I should discuss the other drama here. My comment here won't help the other drama either. I mention it here just because I don't want this drama to do the same thing. That is all.

Title The Tale of Nokdu Spoiler
Will Nokdu stop disguising as a woman at any point of the drama?
You are outdated! Nokdu stopped disguising as a woman long time ago, except when he needed to complete a short mission. Jang Dong Yoon has been wearing clothes as a Ninja, a nobleman, and as a government official since he left the widows village. What a display of character development!

I hope this drama will continue with the pace and good plot until the very last episode. Of course I think there should be a happy ending. If I wanted to watch a tragedy, I would have gone somewhere else. The last drama I saw turned ridiculous toward the very last scene of the final episode. I didn’t know a writer could do that. Also there were so many things to wrap up, a lot of things were hurriedly taken care of at the last episode. I hope this drama does not do that.

I think JDY is even better than SJK.
I watched DOTS a little bit, I don’t remember seeing SJK being vulnerable, unless I missed something. I remember seeing Park Seo Joon being very vulnerable though. Perhaps I misunderstood what you mean.

Tae-Ho is such an outstanding actor in this show! I love him to bits, but as soon as he becomes Yul-Mu on-screen…
Now that Tae-Ho has shown off his acting skills, I won’t be surprised if he get an offer for another drama with him as the ML after this project.

Macaroon Couple? It's so cute. Such a good name.
The director told him that he had to eat it all ( the kiss?). I supposed it might him with his acting if he called KSH his favorite food.

as the drama progresses into more serious/emotional territory, i only become more and more impressed by the lead's…
I started watching the drama because of Jang Dong Yoon’s acting skill. Actually I skipped about one third of the drama because I read the plot a little and I thought it was a total nonsense. I didn’t want to insult my intelligence:) Then I stumbled over some clips with him dressing up like a woman. Sigh! Everything became making sense! Then I found the plot to be intriguing. So here I am! I might to go back to the beginning and watch it again someday! I’m very impressed with him not being an acting major in college and not having grown up as a child actor. He is obviously very smart, has natural talent, and probably learned a lot of acting skills on his own. I won’t be surprised if he took some acting classes on his own. I don’t think he could craft a complex character singlehandedly without any training or help. Sorry! The way he is doing it is just too good!

Jang Dong Yoon might be one of the best in his generation when it comes to show geniune human frailty, after Song…
What do you mean by human frailty?
