I think Dong Joo always knew about Yoo Mul's bad side. I think something happened in their childhood and she saw…
From observing the plot, we see the expression of Yul Mu’s affections were not received by Dong Joo. He kept giving her foods. She didn’t care for food. I saw him accepting the food from one of the Geseongs ( that was a action of accepting flirts from her). The other thing was he kept the old house that she used to live in, making it clean and beautiful, hoping to live there w her one day. But that was the house she witnessed her father being killed. While she and her mother ran away from that house, she witnessed her mother being killed as well. From things like that, we can tell Yuk Mus was very disconnected from the need of other people. I don’t know whatever else happened in the past that Dong Joo observed from him. Anyway, these gestures, especially the last incidence that I mentioned, seemed consistent w the fact Yul Mu was cruel and cold.
I ship Jang dong yoon and kim sohyun in real life ???????? wish they are a real couple since I watch a lot of…
To me it looks like Jang dong Yoon has learned one of the keys to good acting: Ie to have good connection and good relationship w his partner. The way he looked at KSH means he was careful about what he said in the show and he was checking w his partner from time to time. I observed that he also has excellent chemistry w the second male lead. He hugged him before they did the scene of him kidnapping the second ml. When the four key actors were interviewed and the second ml was required to act cute, he was so traumatized that he fell on Hang dong Yoon for support. JDY patted on him to comfort him. So for a short while, the two male leads were on top of each other:)
Her words befor the kiss was more romantic than the kiss itself ! "You made me want to live"
It seems the King was a very insecure person. What the fortune teller said could be interpreted differently. The 'next King' may mean the next King after him, which is very natural. If he is the King, then his son naturally becomes king as well. The fortune telling part should not have posted a threat to him to start with.
everyone freaking out over the kiss, but here i am thinking abt the fact that she was in dirty well water in a…
I am thinking of the same thing! Dong Ju had the history of getting colds very easily. How was she in a well for 2 days, not eating, not drinking, and didn't get much rest afterwards...not get sick? she and Not Du kissed almost right after she woke up from fainting. Both of them were not sick. I guess the plague was to be the reason why those bullies hurried away. But I think the drama should make sense of this as well.
Lots of missed opportunity for a kiss between these two... ha ha.. every time they're in an enclosed space or…
Sorry to pour cold water on your 'passion'. Excuse me...These are honorable actors, not soft porn stars... I love how they treat each other in such honorable ways...Just my personal opinion :)
Wow! This drama barely passed its half point (19 out of 32 episodes), and it has so many plot twists and climaxes already! I wonder what else is going to happen!
Is the Female Lead starting to feel irritating to you guys too, or is it just me?
That is how some people who were very traumatized behave. Dong Joo went though a lot. She explained to Yul Mu that she didn't Nokdu to know she loves him so that when he loses her, he would not feel too sad. She was hoping Nokdu would not love her too much but it seems it is too late now. Both of them seem very much in love with each other no matter how much she tried.
I really enjoy watching a real life hero to play a hero in a drama. I like good people spreading positive vibes in the media. I don't like people pretending or acting like a hero but act otherwise in real life.
Yul Mu was never a character in the webtoon. He was created for this drama. So why should the drama follow the history and made him king at the end? But why would the writer(s) pick a name of a previous king? I definitely don't want Nokdu and DongJu to die. The bad guy should be out of the way and deserves serious consequences. The webtoon never followed the history of King Yul Mu to start with. Could it be a coincidence that this man who wanted to commit treason was Yul Mu the Grand Prince?
JANG DONG YOON facts ______1. Real-life hero: He caught a robber at a convenience store and got him arrested.2.…
His acting skill is so good. I am surprised that he didn't take any acting training. I hope he can take some classes when he gets a chance. I took an introductory acting class a year ago. I know there are things that the teaches/professors teach that can help enhance his acting skills even further.
Will someone please explain to me why Yool Mu has to kill off the people in the widow's village, Lady Min and…
It seems the write need to be careful about the validity of the character of Yool Mu (and perhaps others?). If it is to the point that it does not make sense, then it becomes not believable. It may be harder for the audience to get into it. So far the actor (and other ones too) are doing a great job in portraying the character(s). So the shock effect enhanced the entertainment value of the drama. However, if we think more deeply about it, it is like Yool Mu is killing passerbys who has nothing to do with him. Why would he even bother to exert that kind of energy doing things like that? They were useless to him for sure, but they were not doing anything to hinder him for attaining his goal. Another one that does not make sense to me is why would the King want to kill his own son who was only a new born? Did he expect himself to live forever and rule the country forever? OK this formed the foundation of how the Tale of Nokdu came about. So it is crucial that the King felt that way, otherwise we would not have this drama. I heard that an ancient Queen in China killed her own son and daughter for that reason. Does the writer really mean to portray the King to that degree of stupidity? Or did I misunderstand the plot? Will someone help if I am incorrect?
Will someone please explain to me why Yool Mu has to kill off the people in the widow's village, Lady Min and the man sent by the King but happened to drop by the Giseng House? How would killing those people achieve his goal to be King?
Today I was looking at the BTS video of how the team created the scene when Yi Rim was shot by an arrow. I laughed as I got to see how they made me all psyched up and concerned about the Prince :0
thats why i have really defended him .there are people who just dislike him for the fact that as an idol newbie…
Yea, I can see why he is uncomfortable when people keep emphasizing on his good look. When people focus too much on his looks, in a way they downgrade him to be an object instead of a real person. I don’t think anyone likes to be treated as an object at all. When the fans say that they like/love him, I wonder if they realize what they are doing to him. Sorry if I’m being straight forward with what I write.
