Love Wang Qi Nian and Gao Da together. This duo are so funny.

I feel like this is a slow build up. Plus with censorship rule changes I bet they had to change some things they had originally planned before filming. It just aired this week, I would give it some time. So far I personally find it very enjoyable to watch. The seriousness is still there, it just not yet hot and heavy. I like how they reintroduce the old characters and gradually bring in new ones too.

Yes! I know he's the bad guy, but my gosh he's looks so alluring this season. I think out of the 3 sons he is the most like the emperor.

I'm actually watching the k version now since I started ep1 long long time ago but never continued. There is a dry spell for dramas right now so I'm watching this to kill time. Personally, I feel the original Japanese version is still the best. Nxt is Taiwanese version then Thai. I would say the Korean version is not as cute, and since we are watching based on things nowadays, such as times have changed this has been made, some things in the relationship may not sit right. It definitely not as cute like the Japanese version. But I think it's still ok to watch if you want to have comparison of all the versions. Also, this my own opinion. You might feel differently watching it.

Yeah, but if your fiance's family is already looking down on you before marriage, how will your daughter be treated once she is married? If it was me, I would want my daughter to marry happily and not under that type of environment or pressure. A marriage like that is bound to break. While marriage is really between two people, but in reality it one or the other involves family. Especially how filal she is and how her fiance depends on his family there is no way they will be dependent from that chaos. I've seen in real life how two people can love each other but cause their families don't get along and it breaks the marriage.

Xu Hai Qiao appearance was short, but I want to see more of him. Really liked him in Love Between Fairy and Devil. I think he is underrated. Hope to see more of him.
