Qi Min is crazy but I didn't like it when he kinda forced himself on her a couple of times. I want her and her son to find peace. I am lowkey shipping her with Wen Kan. Felt bad as they didn't have any scenes together. Don't get me started on his brother. Too creepy.

That's just obsession. Ra*y bas**ard. May he rot in hell. All those princes are red flags. Psychos. I hope this drama don't go with the usual redemption route. Hate when they do that.

But you got to agree that guy is killing off people left and right for no reason. Seems psycho to me. But I think he is not the one that we are talking about here. It's about that new guy who kinda started obsessing over FL. All the princes so far have been so sus. ML needs to take charge and should put all those slimy bas**ds in their place. They are too unhinged to be left like that.

I feel like their seperation scene was a bit odd. It didn't suit the mature relationship they have built so far. They talked multiple times about ML leaving. FL also kind of made her peace with it. The way they acted during that seperation scene was completely out of character. It didn't go as I expected or hoped for. I kind of expected it to be beautiful yet heartbreaking. Though I didn't read the novel, I don't think it would have been written in this way. Hoped for that scene to be so powerful but they kind of diluted it. I don't know. Maybe I am the only one thinking this way. It's been SSS-tier drama so far, so I kind of had huge expectations. If this were any other drama, I wouldn't have had any problems, but this drama is different.

WTF? Only one episode this week. Lately it's been happening too much. Idk what they are going to do about the final episode. Either you don't release any episode for a week or release them both. What's with this stupid schedule? That final episode is going to be pushed further back.

The only thing I am hoping from this drama is it won't turn out to be jealous fest. ML needs to act very mature here coz I think there will be a lot of scenes btw FL and SML. ML needs to give her time. If it turns out to be a drama where ML gets jealous all the time and FL acting like she is the queen of the world with all the men lining up for her, then it's going to get panned a lot.

How can they show people getting transmigrated to novel world but not the other way around? If this whole rule thing is actually true then idk what they were smoking when they made such a ridiculous rule.

They could just show us them coming back to modern life and how they meet again. I have no idea what happens towards the novel's end but I hope they won't make it an open ending.

Why is this guy Prince duan still alive? I thought that the imperial army is under ML now. Why can't they off him? I know he has armies that support him outside but by the time news reaches them, can't they assainate him or something? I hate it when dramas make the villains ending melodramatic. After all the despicable things he did and will do later, during his final mements they are going to make it epic with music in the background and etc. I hope that writers won't go down that route. Wtf do you guys want the viewers to feel sad for him or what? If they go down that route, I am going to be super mad.

I was insanely angry at FL for leaving the palace. When ML has gone berserk when she came back, I was ok with it coz she needs to understand what's at stake. She needs to understand that keeping ML in check is more important than other things. We have seen him losing it multiple times already. If something happens to her, he will burn everything down. So, atleast for the sake of kingdom, she shouldn't be pulling such antics again. But when she apologized to him, I melted down. No one can truly stay angry at Chu Ran. Just some puppy eyes from her and everyone will be under her control lol.

OMG!! ML in tyrant mode is dead scary. It's better others stop messing with FL especially Prince duan. The day something happens to FL is the day that Xia kingdom will fall. That guy will kill everyone. It doesn't matter whether he knows martial arts. He has such an authoritative voice that even the scariest of people will start obeying him. All those villians are nothing when compared to him. Proper Emperor material.

I know there are some ridiculous love triangles in C-dramas too, but at least they’re not in every single drama. Lately, the writing in C-dramas has been much better compared to K-dramas.
When I said something like this earlier, someone corrected me, saying that it’s no longer just love triangles in K-drama, it’s basically the FL having a harem.

If this were a K-drama, the Prince of Yan would have already fallen hopelessly in love with our FL. Even Prince duan would be urging her to leave the ML for good, promising to make her his empress. He would even start questioning the ML with lines like, “Will you be able to protect her?” and so on.

This is sooo good. With each episode it's getting even more interesting. The chemistry btw the leads is amazing to watch. They complement each other very well. Ryan Cheng killed it as an emperor. That subtle acting of his is a pleasure to watch.

FL is too soft for her own good. She is trying hard to pull SFL towards her side but few sweets words from SML are enough to make SFL go running back to him. I don't like the fact that she exposed her secret to SFL. I don't know whether that's a smart thing to do considering the fact that just a few moments back SFL had almost thrown FL under the bus. I am waiting to see the reaction of SML when he comes to realize that FL has been fooling him all this while. The guy thinks of himself as the greatest manipulator of all time and this reveal will be a huge blow to his ego.

It’s disgusting how both the current and former Empress Dowager preyed on the teenage ML, crossing boundaries in ways that amount to molestation. I don’t even want to imagine the horrors they subjected him to. I think they are showing it on a lighter note but I think it's more twisted that I thought that a spin off series can be made about his before he met FL. That tyrant persona isn’t an act at all; it’s the suppressed trauma. I hope the story dares to show us more of his dark side.

I was even hoping the ML had her killed, because the FL is far too soft for her own good. The ML knows how cruel this world is and he has witnessed horrors that would break most men. Even Prince Duan can’t hold a candle to the ML’s ruthlessness. There’s so much pent‑up emotion inside him that I don’t know when he will finally explode.
