SFL is still a character in the book. Basically, the book is about SFL transmigrating, so her being a transmigrator…
According to the story our FL should have been just a 2D villian character and SFL should be the main lead but FL getting transmigrated here completely changed the destiny of that character. FL knows that SFL character transmigrated as part of the story and that's the reason she tested out that theory in the earlier eps. From SFL's pov she is the only one that transmigrated. If you observe, our main leads were the only ones who's testing out theories regarding if there are other people who got transmigrated. Tho there are many hints in front of SFL that kinda hints that FL might be q transmigrator she was never able to deduce that coz at the end of the day she is not a real person. She can't think beyond her setting. The story limits her character's approach.
Wait!!! ML transmigrated here when he was still a teenager. So, I def think that crown prince is his biological son. The chance of crown prince being born even before ML transmigrated is impossible. This changes everything. Maybe this is the main reason ML is lying to FL. From FL's pov, crown prince isn't related to ML. FL is thinking that she is in the same boat as ML with both of them transmigrated here as adults. I don't know how she will react when she comes to know that kid is ML's biological son.

As others said above I think SFL is just a 2D character. She transmigrated from fictional modern world. It's just the character setting. Even tho she transmigrated that part itself is plot of the book, so she is still a character of the story. But I am kinda surprised to know that ML transmigrated to this world much earlier. So, basically he grew up here. His sufferings were real. His past in this world made him the man he is today unlike our FL who got transmigrated here as an adult. I kinda feel sad for him that he grew up alone. It felt weird for me when he cried in the 1st episode when he met FL but it all makes sense now. He might have been waiting so desperately to meet her

I understand the harem part but considering SFL being transmigrated from real world, doesn't she have a mind if her own? I understand the fate part and the setting that she is destined to be with SML. Maybe if they had shown the history btw the second leads then that wud have been more believable but for now her having such deep feelings towards SML is something I don understand. Maybe it's just the setting like how the characters in the story doesn't have a mind of their own. They don't have a choice.
Guyz, I am confused. Why is SFL acting like she's been in love with SML for a long time. I thought she got transmigrated to this place. When did she started loving SML? And is it that normal for the concubines of emperors to have affairs with other men?
Confessing to FL when she is in a vulnerable state. That's a new low. Until yesterday the guy was hoping for her to abort the baby and now suddenly he wants to be their gaurdian. My humble request to kdrama screewriters to come up with something better. How long will you guys stick to these stupid love triangles? What's with the melodramatic music when FL and SML are together? You want the audience to feel something or what? You want to us to feel sad for SML? WTF? I can literally count on my fingers the Korean romantic dramas without any stupid love triangles, and Iāve watched more than 100 by now. For some extent it's fine but you guys overcook that traingle by dragging it throughout the story that it kinda rots the entire drama. As a lover of K-dramas, compared to previous years when I used to feel that anticipation for episodes to drop, for a show to air, or for all episodes to be released at once so I could binge-watch and even curse the makers if they made schedule changes or an episode got delayed, now to the point of dropping dramas midway, I donāt know what went wrong. Itās not like Iām past the age of feeling butterflies whenever I watch a swoon-worthy scene, because I still feel it when I watch something good. Itās just that the essence has completely disappeared from K-dramas. But Iām still hopeful.
K dramas and their never ending love triangles. The world of entertainment is evolving so much but these writers are still stuck on love traingles. This could have been a good mature story. ML's interactions with FL in the first 4 eps are so thought out. They were so good. His approach towards the entire situation felt so mature but Idk what changed in the last 2 eps. The war btw ML and SML in the 6th ep was beyond childish. Who even writes this stuff in this day and age? They are not even teenagers for godsake. I understand the writers intention of making this light but that's just too much. Such a good premise....disappointed. Still this is a solid 8.5 drama for me. I hope they tone down on such scenes. So.....off-putting.
SML should either confess or f**off. ML atleast is making attempts but what about SML? I hate it when characters(including MLs) suddenly start taking initiative when that someone comes into picture. If you truly love her, you wouldn't be so inconsiderate to keep her waiting all this time.
I have seen all sorts of bad secondleads stories but this has gotto be the worst. I mean, the whole cheating thing feels too deliberate, just to bring the second leads together. I am skipping all their scenes and the worst part is they have many scenes together with our main leads, like going on double dates and etc. The way the breakup happened between the SFL and her ex feels too... I donāt know what to say?scripted. I suspected something like this was going to happen the moment I saw the SFL and MLās friend meet. Idk why the writers always feels the need to make the people around the main leads like each other. Feels unnatural and very forced at times. Am I the only one feeling like this?
If not Crystal Yuan, the only other person I could accept for the role of Xuan Ji in L&R would be LYX. She radiates innocence and her smile warms my heart. ššš
Dude! Just focus on work. No need to be that jealous. All that cool demeanor of yours was lost in the last two episodes. I never took you as someone who gets intimidated by others. You were acting all cool until SML started pursuing FL. Hu Xiu is not a little girl. Trust her.
But I donāt know why ML has to come and stop that marriage. Why canāt the always powerful FL do that herself?…
Itās a waste to even attempt changing her grandmaās dead brain. After watching tons of dramas, one thingās for sure: there is no character that canāt be redeemed, especially when it comes to elderly people. I think there are even censors in place for situations like this. I rarely see elderly people, especially parents, who actually face punishment despite their wrongdoing. Their character either suddenly disappears or they are ultimately redeemed.
Legend of RSB. This doesnāt mean that I hate this drama. Itās a solid 9 for me so far. Itās just that I consider this drama a part of the āLegend of FLā series that has become so popular lately. If you view it as part of that series, youāll definitely enjoy it, but if not⦠you might not. Just a headsup to those who are about to start watching.
When it comes a romance I donāt expect it to be the conventional sweet and wholesome couple. I just want it…
Even the writers of this drama might not have thought this much when they created these characters. Letās be honest, this drama is definitely part of that āLegend of FLā series, lol.
So, the beggar is actually Yan Bai Luo, and the current one is an imposter. How evil the fake one is to harm him…
But I donāt know why ML has to come and stop that marriage. Why canāt the always powerful FL do that herself? I really wish ML would stay away just for this part and let FL deal with it. I just want to see her do it for her own sake, not just to reveal the villainās identity. Judging by how she has been so far, it will probably be one of those scenes where ML becomes all jealous& possessive while FL stays calm, already knowing whatās going to happen.
FL here is too powerful. It's like nothing can stop her. It's like she can see the future. But I donāt know why she can't stand up to her Grandma. I was very proud of her when she went against Grandma last time, and I thought she had finally broken her shackles, but I donāt know what happened to her now. That Grandma is a snake. She has to go. I can't stand her even for a minute. Screw all the excuses FL came up with to defend Grandma's decisions. Though I don't like Yun Shu, she was right. While the other sisters are just nodding their heads to whatever that oldie says, at least Yun Shu made an attempt to oppose her. Though I don't want any third wheeler between the leads, Xu's daughter actually made some sense. ML can't just abandon everything for the sake of FL. Until now, I havenāt really felt FL's feelings towards ML. She is blowing hot and cold. Maybe her character is written that way, but oh my god, it's been 28 episodes already. Don't blame me for my honest opinion, but ML for now is just a guy that FL keeps around to be at her beck and call. I hope her feelings come through. I think that beggar guy is the real Yan. The fake Yan might be the one who pushed Yang to her death. He might be the final villain.
