I do get her point. After watching tmopb her expectations were high and she thought this drama would be more similar to it.

I respect your opinion and I get your point but The story in tmopb is different from eternal love of dream, dont compare them both. I actually miss zhe yan too but this is a whole new different drama which means it's not tmopb 2, so they cant bring the whole tmopb cast. So If you are watching this forget about what you saw in ten miles and just focus on what's happening now. Even tho they appeared in ten miles that story was fake from the original one which is this one ( eternal love of dream aka the pillow book). I suggest you to wait until episode 30 and trust me its gonna get so much better. But if you said you don't like the costumes and other things then stop watching it because as far as I know the cinematography and costumes are not gonna change.

Well... here is the thing yall, even if there is an age gap of 60years between the actors the dramas is still number 1 and has more than 1billion views in just the first couple weeks of its airing. So long story short, obviously nobody cares about the age, it's the story that matters. So just stop it.

Yes yang mi never disappoints

I started watching this drama when it came out but dropped it in the second episode because I thought it was too boring. A year later I decided to watch it again just because of yang mi, but oh lord.... I fell in love with ethuan ruan and their chemistry is just F I R E !! It topped all my dramas and became my second favorite drama after tmopb! I literally rewatched it 3 times... yes it's that good! If you're still deciding if you wanna watch it or not... do it !
