Exactly! One should never take the MDL rating on any BL seriously. They cap / nuke every BL and it never raises back up. Sad but true. IMBd has a fair rating system.

I checked the ratings, that's remained constant, so I'm guessing it's MDL putting caps on bl shows again.....
The guidelines are outdated NOW, but please note, that they were still active in NOVEMBER 2021!
