Er I don't know the differences sorry - I have not watched all 3 to compare - but if you look at the 3 links I posted in the topic - 1 is a global version with hard subs, 2nd one is the official China one (bit longer, @RazzleDazzle thinks maybe more ads) then the 3rd has extra cut scenes of our lovely JZ/BL couple as there at least extra 30min on it (but only subbed like 80%). I did explain this on the link hopefully its clear.

JZ and BL are old friends not sure about the other 2.

To me it was a very different time travel from others I've seen (not many tbf) but satisfying as everything was brought to a head in this timeline without being a cop out happy ending.
